Hi everyone great to be part of the community. I am based in small town in Northamptonshire. My emoji would have to be 🤔 as i am at the beginning of starting my limited company. I’ve had an interest in starting a property business for some time and thought it’s now time to get serious about it. What’s holding me back is lack of knowledge and the confusion of what knowledge i do find. There are a few ways to go about purchasing my first property in my business. I just don't know which is the best way to go. Im struggling to know what i need to have in place before making offers on property. For example where would be the best place to open a business bank account for a first time business. What type of legal team do i need to have in place. Where to get good trade workers from and where to sauce the refit furniture at trade cost. Apologies in advance if this sounds like I'm panicking or worrying about nothing. This is just some of the things constantly whirling around in my head. Once i know what needs to be in place before purchasing a property ill be happy 😊 thanks.
