I recently received an invite from HR for an Oracle Apex/PLSQL Developer role in Frankfurt, Germany. While the opportunity looked promising, the requirement is a valid work visa, which I donโt currently hold. This highlights how crucial visa readiness is when exploring international roles. Sharing this update so members preparing for overseas opportunities can plan ahead.

@Rajesh Murugesan looks good bro, but only problem I see is, everything is theory in your resume you did many things to increase or decrease the output, but mention them in metrics, without metrics you belong to 1 in 1000 who say I can do, I did, I will do, I know bring some proof, show the results after that the resume will look and to the point, the rest is fine mention the major metrics in the 1st page based on the JD

1. Fix the typo on page 1. "BEWERGUNGSUNTERLAGEN" โ Bewerbungsunterlagen. 2. Your "Was ich biete" section is literally the Aufgaben rewritten. German HR spots this instantly. Especially this "รผber Ressortgrenzen hinweg" can be spotted easily as copy paste as said, try to use different words that can give the same meanings 3. 2nd page looks little clumpsy with too many words - feels like too mch of work for me as a HR to read and understand - too many bold words the rest is fine, maybe in the next OIC we can redefine the strategy
