One of the most asked questions I get is what do I do to help my skin look better. When I really started thinking about all the things that I do even I was a little surprised because I wasn’t thinking about everything in conjunction with each other. So in this episode, I go through all the things I’m currently doing in order to have great skin this summer that goes beyond just peptides. ! I hope you will go listen ! https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/west-wellness-longevity/id1754416156

Pain/ inflammation/Stall WL
I have been on Reta for 8 weeks now. I have stalled in WL but I think I’m still recomposintioning. Reta is at 18iu weekly ( 10 mg vial/2ml bac water) I hate the slow digestion being on Reta. Also doing Ta1 for immune, BPC157 & KPV for pain from bulging disc and nerve/ sciatica pain. Should I stop Reta altogether and bring in SS 31, mots-c, AOD9604. I do like that idea of Reta for inflammation and the recomposition hate the slow digestion because it does not help for my colitis. What advice do u all have for me? Want WL, keep my inflammation low, and to be pain free Would cartalax help for the bulging disc and popping groin?

I would try ARA-290 for nerve pain, that's what it's known for. the reta is an awesome peptide you just have to decide in relation to your colitis if its worth it to you or not. VIP is also really good to help with gut motility, inflammation etc. That one may be worth checking in to!

@Sabrina Serna I have the opportunity to purchase from a multitude of suppliers, which I am looking into nature’s marvel is very good, but it’s not the only great one
Retatrutide/Tesamorelin
Has anyone completed at 12 week cycle & not really seen any results with these 2? I also did a 4 week cycle of SS-31 prior to starting this cycle, also ran 9 week cycle of Mots-C along with the Retatrutide & Tesamorelin. I've been microdosing the Reta, 1mg 2x per week, I definitely felt the appetite & food noise suppression. I've also prioritized hitting protein. My Tesamorelin dose I'd 1mg 5x per week. However no noticeable changes in belly fat or body composition.

the tesa can often make you retain water... I personally cannot take it because I retain so much water on it. I would get off the Tesa and up the Reta dose a bit. If you are hitting the gym and eating enough protein you should have to worry about losing muscle mass. The reta should then start to help you lean out eventually, you may just require a little bit of a higher dose.

@Miranda Romer most fat loss does require some weight loss unless you’re already extremely lean and try to bulk up to add muscle. Have you lost any weight at all on the Reta
AOD or 5 amino?
I want something for better body composition, but not ipa or tesa. I’ll apreciate any comments

I agree 5 amino and AOD together worked amazingly well for me.
