For New Years Resolution I gave up caffeine & social media. I’m working on developing a daily breathwork & meditation routine. I’m going to read more books, spend more time in nature & continue to work on my health/wellness. I’m going to sell my house this year and downsize to an apartment. I’d like to simplify my life by creating a minimalist lifestyle with lots of traveling and new experiences. I plan on completing a 200HR Kundalini Yoga Certification this year.

I’m late with this assignment but better late than never. In January of 2023 I decided to make some lifestyle changes. I wanted to improve my overall health that included mind, body & spirit. I completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teaching Certification & attended multiple holotropic breathwork retreats. In 2024, I I continued to practice yoga & work on my general health. I also went to a couple plant medicine retreats. I’ve made great progress during the past two years. I healed a lot of trauma from the past & created space. Right now I’m focusing on building a consistent daily practice/routine that will support my short/long term goals & help me be the best version of myself. I’ve joined this group to connect with like-minded individuals & for support. I know some of you. I’m looking forward to re-connecting with those I’ve already met & meeting the rest of you in the near future.
