@N W Here are several ideas for you in NotebookLM. Consider the below NotebookLM ideas: 1. Your K-3 SPED Command Center with NotebookLM Example: Upload your pacing guides, IEP goal language, behavior support plans, grade-level standards, SEL curriculum pieces, and your weekly school schedule into one NotebookLM notebook. Then ask it to build one weekly plan that combines 2 grade levels, keeps routines predictable, and includes differentiated supports for students with autism and emotional disabilities. Prompt used: Act as an expert K-3 SPED instructional coach and autism/behavior support specialist. Using the sources I uploaded, create a weekly instructional plan for two grade levels that combines reading, SEL, and functional skills into one streamlined structure. Include whole-group, small-group, and independent options. Differentiate for students with emotional disabilities and autism using visual supports, reduced language load, regulation breaks, and scaffolded response options. Make the plan realistic for a busy teacher who needs to save time and reuse materials. How it helps: This gives you one central planning space instead of jumping between tabs, folders, and notebooks. It can help you create one workable weekly framework that serves multiple groups while cutting down planning time. 2. Two-Grade-Level Slide and Activity Builder with NotebookLM Example: Upload the standards or weekly objectives for 2 grade levels along with your favorite lesson materials. Then have NotebookLM generate ideas for a shared slide deck theme, mini-lesson flow, center activities, visuals, and extension tasks that hit both grade levels at once. Prompt used: Act as an expert elementary SPED curriculum designer for K-3 students with autism and emotional disabilities. Review my uploaded standards and lesson materials, then design one shared weekly slide deck plan for two grade levels. Include a warm-up, direct teach, modeled example, guided practice, SEL connection, differentiated center activities, and closing review. Make the activities simple to prep, highly visual, and easy to repeat with small changes each week.
