Shawn Weaver coming to you out of western MD. After years of self education on various investment strategies and slowly narrowing down my focus, I have landed on affordable housing and MHP and tiny homes. Most likely some developments/building as well. At least for now...😀. I have been helping a local fix and flipper for the past 2 years and ready to start out on my own. My goal now is to invest in a few nearby markets in WV, get my feet wet, and on from there. I am spreading a wide net within my current strategy to find out what I enjoy doing and decide if I want to build my investment business from ground up or join the right team.
