I’m a men’s coach and breathwork facilitator.For the last 3–4 years I’ve been focused on transformation work with men, helping them deal with anxiety, low self-worth, and relationship breakdown. I’ve worked with amazing organisations like Arsenal, Ministry of defence and several mental health companies in the UK. But truthfully The past 6 months have been super tough. Me, my partner, and our 1-year-old moved to Thailand to build a new life together. My partner also stepped back from working so she could be full-time with our son. Which I fully support but it put everything on me. And the reality is… I wasn’t treating my business like a business. No clear offer No structure.Just working with people I liked… and hoping it would all work out. I’ve been floating around that £5k–£5.5k/month mark.Not terrible but not enough to provide the life and security we’re building here. So now things need to change. I’ve got 31 men inside my community already. But I haven’t used this platform properly. I haven’t been consistent. That starts now. I’m done being half-in. I’m here to scale, to lead, and to make an impact at a whole new level. So that’s me. Most people try to grow their business with more tactics. They spend months building funnels, obsessing over optimizations and perfecting things that never should have existed in the first place. @Graham Duval in Quantum100 did the opposite. They don’t have a clear vision of what they actually want. 2. If they do, they don’t attach a time constraint. 3. As a result, they stay busy “doing” work that doesn’t matter. 4. They create from scarcity and smallness. 5. They unconsciously repeat their current circumstances. In order to earn more, we must become more. Not do more. Become more. We must impress upon our subconscious mind the version of ourselves who is capable, powerful, infinite, abundant, grateful, skilled, and of service. We must hold that image consistently in our mind and then take bold action in alignment with it until it gets into our bones. And then… We’ll look outward at our life and see the irrefutable proof that we have become the person we once only imagined. This is what this community is about: The becoming (and unbecoming) Of our highest self. So we can align with our purpose and what lights us up. so we can earn more money. And in turn… give more of it away. Who's here for it?

My daughter was so excited last Saturday. My wife gently let go of the back bar on her bicycle… At first she didn't realize she was doing it, riding on two wheels all by herself. Then she felt it in her bones. Balance! And off she went .. Now she's ripping faster than her friends. Her and I just finished up an 8k bike ride together today. This moment didn't just happen though. This moment was 2 years in the making. 3 Different evolutions of bikes. From strider, to trainer, to 2 wheels with a back bar And countless hours with my wife going on walks. My wife has got some serious patience and really is a remarkable mom. But here's the thing my daughter gets that most broke coaches never do… She was just having fun, learning the basics and happy to be riding a bike at the exact stage of development that she was at. Many of her friends were already ripping on 2 wheels. Did she care? nope. She was playing her own game. She wasn't skipping steps or trying to shortcut the process. And she certainly wasn't comparing herself to kids who were already doing tricks. Just Getting better with time and Acknowledging her progress as she went. Because of that she got to experience that moment when it all clicked… and she discovered "riding a bike" And building an online business is kind of like that. Most broke coaches, consultants and creators try to jump straight to making money without mastering the basics of audience building, offer creation and quality delivery. They're so busy watching others doing "tricks" on instagram that they never develop their own solid foundations. But when you focus on mastering these core elements methodically and enjoy the process… That's when it all clicks… And suddenly you're not pushing uphill anymore. The business starts to flow. 20 years ago, someone gifted me a blue book called A Course in Miracles. This remarkable text was channeled in the 1960s by a Columbia University professor who insisted she wasn't the author - she maintained she was simply transcribing teachings from Jesus that she received through inner dictation. The message within its pages transformed my entire view of reality and has shaped my underlying beliefs of abundance and success... That have no doubt contributed to the transform of my own financial situation from being half a million dollars in debt to being debt free with a 7-figure coaching business, doing work I love. While there are many lessons I've gleaned over the years from this book here are 4 primary themes that have helped me relate differently to money and abundance. 🌀 Beliefs: Your internal beliefs are reflected externally. Nothing changes until your beliefs about what is possible does. 🌀 Fear: Money is not the source of security you might think it is. We can choose to make decisions from an internal knowing and self trust or based on the numbers in our bank accounts... Let go of fear based money decisions. 🌀 Alignment: Playing an infinite game and aligning your business with a bigger purpose makes success inevitable. When you serve from a place of higher purpose, abundance naturally follows. 🌀 Perception: The perception we hold of ourselves, the world, god, others is either contributing to our abundance and freedom or hindering it. As Einstein wisely noted, "There are only 2 ways to look at the world... Like everything is a miracle... or nothing is."
