Let’s Go! Your Amazing! 🤩
@Evelene Sterling has hit level 8 in the yard. She is in our community EF as well and the moment I met her I could see not only her value but genuine sweet soul. You’re the best Evelene! Didn’t take long to figure that out. Level 8! Let’s go! Every comment along the way to that 8 has been priceless for this yard culture. Thanks for all you do for so many of us! https://www.skool.com/yard/level-8-yahoo?p=27284b04

@Evelene Sterling that may have been that cherry on top, but you have been all over the yard from day 1! Give yourself credit, dear!
The Strategic Pause – Sun Tzu 孙子
"He who knows when he can fight and when he cannot, will be victorious." – Sun Tzu, The Art of War Victory in life is not about constant engagement. The greatest strategic advantage often comes from having the conscious choice to pause, regroup, and choose your battles wisely. For Anxiety & a Hectic Lifestyle : Your mind/body is your army. Forcing it to fight every stressor in your day leads to exhaustion.True strength is in discernment. So ask yourself this question ‘Is this battle worth your energy right now’? Identify one "battle" today (a worry, a conflict, a demand). Then Consciously decide to "not fight" for the next hour. Notice the space this creates.🙏🏻 With Love ❤️ Always Mark

I used to be always ready for a fight, bat in hand, ready to f@ck shit up. Pardon my French. I was young, angry and just very green. Now I choose my battles much more wisely. It’s so draining to fight. As Sun Tzu says, it’s so much easier to avoid fighting altogether. It still happens, but I am much more at peace with myself and we I do get myself in a discussion, I don’t get emotionally triggered so easily and I focus on solving the problem instead of “being right”. That alone to me is already a huge win! That being said, obviously I still have a lot to learn 😅🤷🏻‍♀️

@Mark Lawrence especially for hoomans with emotional authority (50% of the population) that’s the way to go.

Is ukulele easier to learn than guitar?
Yeah, for most beginners, the ʻukulele is the easier on-ramp compared to guitar: it’s smaller, it’s only four soft nylon strings (way nicer on your fingers), and the chord shapes are usually simpler, so you can start playing real songs faster. But, once you get into advanced stuff, that “easy” advantage shrinks, it can get just as technical as anything else. We learn this easy to learn, hard to master instrument in my community, Ukulele Nerds. VIP AD approved by @Jack Robinson aka Charlie West
