16 FSBO Contacts & 4 "Yes" Responses Today
I finished up my deck of FSBO cards by making 15 first-time contacts via text and email and got 3 "Yes" responses. I followed up with another FSBO who ghosted me last week and got a response with the additional information I requested. 🎉 Admittedly, I should have finished this deck last week, but better late than never. 😉

@Jonita Floyd unfortunately most of them won’t offer on properties that are listed with another agent. Unless you can negotiate with the agent to be flexible on their commission, which is unlikely. I know QuickBuy won’t do it. You might want to check with Danielle on their current stance on it and if you have homework, I would check with them.

"Well, anytime you think of a number… even if it's outrageous, I'll plug it into our make me sell database! This is tremendously helpful for getting offers off market at sellers price. No commitment and no risk to you. ❤️" James's reply: $300k as is. My plan was to throw $30–$50k into it to get it up into the $350–$375 range. Still have the plan when I return but the numbers may have changed dramatically. Give 'em a try and report back your results (please & thank you) 😃

Process for Presenting Cash Offers Over LOOM
Hi @Josh Schoenly — I’m finally able to post. Skool had me locked until I hit the engagement requirement. I currently have ~5 expired listings that agreed to receive a cash offer, and I need clarity on a few points: 1. Based on the training, is the target really 3–5 cash offers per day? 2. I’ve seen your LOOM examples, but those seem to be after multiple conversations with Prospects you seem to have rapport with. Do you have examples of initial 60-second videos for Prospects where there’s little to no rapport? 3. After sending the 60-second video: How long do you wait before following up? Do you text to let them know you emailed? At what point do you pivot the conversation toward a listing? Also, anyone else who’s actively doing this—feel free to share what’s working for you and your experience with this process.

The general framework that I follow in them, especially with the ones that I have not built rapport with as of yet is as you had said 60 seconds or less I typically will cover in the first half just a little bit of info and detail details on 2 to 3 offer options that came back then I’ll tease other offers or solutions that we offer in my case that’s my seven day stress-free home sale and then most importantly trying to get a phone call appointment or an in person appointment to pop by for a quick tour
