Happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸
Wishing everyone a day filled with gratitude, laughter, and the people who matter most. May we all be blessed with good health, abundance, love, and the courage to let go of what no longer serves us. Here's to new beginnings, meaningful freedom, and good riddance to anything holding us back. Happy Independence Day! ❤️🤍💙

These are the blessings that I am seeking. Thanks Alice ✨
One of my favorite parts of this community is seeing people put the skills into practice.
🎉 @Paul Kolesnik made it to the final round of a VP interview. Woot woot! 👏 @Jake Spencer navigated some really tough conversations this week with confidence and composure. 🙌 @Stefan Mihajlov is getting more referrals and handling his team more effectively during stressful situations using the A.L.I.C.E. Method. Communication isn't just about speaking well. It's about listening deeply, thinking clearly under pressure, and building trust, whether you're interviewing, leading a team, or having a difficult conversation. Proud of all of you. Keep going. Your work is paying off. 💙

Thank you, Alice 🤗🙏💙 I'm proud of my growth so far, as well as the wins of my peers here. I can't believe the rapid and foundational shifts I'm experiencing in the way I show up in social settings and approach interpersonal communication. Consistency and intention with this curriculum supports and aids me in a way I'm incredibly excited about as I walk my path every day. The A.L.I.C.E. Method rocks!!! <333✨
The 5% That Changes Everything
We spend a lot of time learning time management. But we spend very little time learning the principles that shape our lives. What if 5% of your time spent in service created the other 95% of your success? What if 5% spent learning to work with flow transformed the other 95%? What if 5% spent practicing the A.L.I.C.E. Method changed the way you communicate, lead, and connect? The A.L.I.C.E. Method has five principles. That's just 1% for each. And if I had to choose one that creates the greatest return, it would be Active Listening. Sometimes the smallest shift creates the biggest transformation.

Every bit of time and intention I am spending with the A.L.I.C.E. Method has been a blessed decision. Through choosing this curriculum, I am becoming: receiving and contributing, learning and sharing, witnessing others and showing up. I cherish this space, Alice's wisdom, and the wins and insights of the fellow students here!!

What do you understand about Active Listening?
Most people think active listening is about hearing words. It isn't. It's about becoming curious enough to leave your own perspective for a moment. Every conversation is filtered through invisible layers: language, culture, education, profession, gender, age, memory, emotion, and context. By the time someone's words reach you, they've already traveled a long way. So have yours. That's why communication breaks down so easily. Not because people aren't listening. Because they're listening from different worlds. Active listening isn't a technique for saying the right thing. It's the willingness to suspend certainty. To ask one more question. To resist correcting. To let someone finish the story before deciding what it means. The paradox is that the less attached you are to being understood, the more likely the other person is to understand you. Understanding doesn't begin with speaking. It begins with making room for someone else's reality. What did you take away from this?

@Alice Hlidkova I will share my thoughts by this weekend :) ✨
The Different Forms of Showing Up 😊
Some days in the community I don't have a particular Win, Miracle, or question to ask <3 That's because there's a rhythm - the creative pendulum swings back and forth. The tides of learning flow in and out. Some days (today), I watch a part of the Week 2 video in the 30-Day Reset, take notes, and just enjoy being here in this fun space that Alice is channeling. I read Alice's new posts and return to ones I couldn't engage with thoroughly before, hoping to see a post or comment from the fellow community members as well. Then, on another day, I will make a post about a Win or a Miracle, a Question or otherwise :) And that's the beauty and the rhythm of learning 🩵✨
