🌎 Living in a Toxic World & Supporting Your Body Through It
We’re all doing our best in a world that’s… a lot. Our food system, our environment, our stress levels; none of it looks like it did 50 years ago. And, our bodies feel that. This isn’t about fear. It’s about awareness. And giving your body the support it deserves. 🍽 𝗘𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 = 𝗔 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵: - industrial seed oils - reused fryer oil - non‑organic, non‑grass‑fed meats - preservatives, dyes, and additives - cheap ingredients that keep costs low but inflammation high 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 “𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.” 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆. 🧠 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 & 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱 (𝗕𝘆 𝗔𝗴𝗲) 𝗜𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝘀: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘅 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗱: - bloating - acne - brain fog - irregular cycles - fatigue after meals 𝗜𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟯𝟬𝘀: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 “𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁” 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿: - stubborn weight - mood swings - anxiety - slower recovery - hormonal shifts 𝗜𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟰𝟬𝘀 & 𝟱𝟬𝘀: 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆: - inflammation - joint pain - perimenopause intensifying - sleep disruption - metabolic slowdown 𝟲𝟬𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱:m𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: - cognitive changes - chronic inflammation - slower digestion - more noticeable fatigue This isn’t “aging.” It’s accumulation. 🧪 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘅 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘅; 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁.
