Well, here we are. Congratulations everyone.

I have bags of yarn. However, many have no labels so I wasn't sure if they would be enough for any complete project. I just figured I'll deal with whatever comes. 1. Cast on ✔ 2. Well, while making the first project, the hat from the classroom, I ran out of yarn somewhere between, I think, rows 80 - 90. I got to try my hand at changing yarn color/adding yarn. Since I had yarn left after making the first tube (practice test) which at some point around 84 rows the yarn snapped. I had dropped a stitch, looked away then went back to crank and it snapped. I don't know if it was caught on something or what but I just ended the time there. I used that remaining yarn to finish the hat but it still wasn't enough. 😂 I ended up using yarn from the tube itself since I'd not finished it off. These are all for practice so I don't mind undoing what I've made. Yarn changing ✔ 3. After getting to row 130, I saw a dropped stitch, no 2, right next to each other. So before casting off… I got to look up and try my hand at fixing dropped stitches. ✔ Cool. I'll see how it looks once I remove it from the machine. 😁 New skill ✔ ️ Maybe not for items I'll sell but a useful skill to know. Fix dropped stitch ✔ 4. We have totally blown our goal of top 70 for January. We are now top 50!!! Keep on supporting each other and we will get there!

I was in Michael's Thursday night getting a few things to make some more basket designs as I had already stash busted the few things from my craft supplies to make the first one, when the store manager comes up to me and says, "I know how much you love yarn and wanted to let you know that it is going on sale tomorrow, buy two get one free." I thanked him but now I can't get it out of my brain. I still have so much at home, but the temptation to buy one I haven't tried before or a new colour is so appealing. I am not even opening the Michael's app right now. Stash busting it is.
