hey peeps, Am now at a point where setting up the LLC stack is required, so does anyone here have any recommendations for Lawyer / CPA's that can set up the LLC and Trust structures, that arent charging like wounded bulls? Have seen the likes of Anderson Advisors and James Baker CPA etc and their fees are stupidly high when you compare the services to Inc Authority or other online services to set them up...

Foreign National Fix and flip / DSCR lenders: Hey peeps. We are well in the process of setting up our plan for investing in to Section 8... The one section we are having some challenges is finding a lender that has low entry ($75k or even less) that has a comparable LTV / Cash out (80%) for foreign investors... Some have low entry, but also low percentage if going from BRRRR to Cash out, others have high entry ($100k higher) and also low cash out LTV... Is anyone here using a lender that is accommodating to low entry value and high Cash out? Initially, we will be wholly considered foreign investor, however, once we have ITIN and E-2 visas, will this assist in getting more favourable terms? I have joined a few hard money lender groups in FB, and TBH, they are seemingly full of scammers or brokers who are useless spammers... had one set a time with me this morning, and they couldn't even dial international numbers from their phones, then proceeded to try tell me my phone was not connected... SO am starting to get quite annoyed at how lazy and incompetent these FB group members really are. Thanks for your help.... Getting the right lender is really the last step we need to solidify...
