@Reid Longphee hey Reid, Id invite you to look at the question you were asked with assuming positive intent. How might you respond to it if you assumed it was coming from a place of good faith? Not because it definately was, or you did anything wrong, but as a practice of leadership towards what this space is commited to, and as an acknowledgement of all the leadership you have developed over the years. @Reid Longphee thanks for letting the experience be a learning one. Again, not cause you did anything wrong, but because it reveals where there is to practice. This is part of leadership, and it let's everyone else see and learn what is possible when we chose into practicing at our edge. This is where we play. Thanks for playing

Accountability Partner?
Hi All - Received a lot of driving energy and inspiration from the group call yesterday and looking to see if someone would want to pair up as an accountability partner? Can be short-term or more open, I'm actioning on three items over the next two weeks (social media presence) and would love a couple check-ins with text/message or short call. I also have capacity to support in reciprocity as a partner for support. Let me know if you're interested! Cheers, Jonathon

@Darius Wheeler accountability partners is a person you can enroll to support you towards your declared action. So if you get supported in a call and declare that you will take a certain action, asking for accountability means the accountability partner agrees to check in about how it went/is going. You can decide between yourselves the details of your arrangment.

I think defining purpose is important. I like the word gifts, as we each have some gifts we innately bring to the world and as we unfold towards our true nature those gifts are more clear. Purpose to me is the relationship we create to those gifts and how we chose to bring them forward. For example, someone who has an innate sense of community will naturally bring people together. But if they chose to create a way to intentionally bring people together for a reason, they start to form a sense of purpose in their lives

Growing the Community
Hey guys, Im still feeling jazzed about the last call. I love seeing the growing bonds between members. In the spirit of this spark thar is forming here I'd love of you could each invite 3 new men to join. Just think of the possibility of them meeting eachother and getting the same support you are from us, from you, and from eachother. As the group grows it amplifies this potency and you will have a larger body of men to connect with. Im sending out this invite as a challenge. Introduction and simple profile
I plan to do a more in depth introduction in the near future… with of course a request for support… even though I find that challenging.. Grateful to be in full time coaching pared with this group/brotherhood. Thanks Manu and Reko!
