Recipes for sourdough bakes
Kindly help me with sourdough recipes, like how to use starter? And if we use starter for a recipe, it will be over just for 2- 3 recipes. Then should i start over the whole process for making starter?

Storage
Now my starter takes 12 hours to rise (since 2 days) (for a cycle), smells a bit like a vinegar. I started preparing starter on 14th march. Now how should I store it? Should we regularly feed starter? Because some days when I am not at home, how do I store it? Can't feed it daily..

📢 Day 1 Check-In – How’s Your Starter Doing?
Day 1 is almost done! 🎯How’s your starter looking? Did you mix it? Is it cozy in its jar? 🫧 ✅ Share a photo of your starter-in-the-making ✅ Tell us how you feel - excited? nervous? (both are totally normal!) ✅ Any funny starter names yet? (Yes, we name our starters around here 😉) What’s next? Now we wait for the starter to rise and then fall before the first feed. ⏳ Let your starter rest and let the magic happen! Our next post will be on August 28th, where we’ll teach you how to feed your starter. Remember: today is just the beginning! It may look like a jar of mud now, but in a few days, it’ll be alive and bubbling. 🫶 Drop your updates, photos, and thoughts below! Let’s cheer each other on!
