By the end of these 31 days, you will: • Know your actual protein number • Know your real water baseline • Have 5–8 staple foods you can eat without overthinking • Have a simple meal prep rhythm • Understand carbs vs protein • Be aware of how much oil you’re really using • Have a go-to movement routine No chaos. No guessing. No emotional eating disguised as “I’ll try again Monday.” Tonight, take 5 minutes and write down: • Your current weight • How much water you think you drink daily • How much protein you think you’re eating • The 5 foods you eat most often Tomorrow we start with awareness. You cannot build rhythm if you don’t know your current pattern. March is about order. And order changes everything.
