🎬 I made this client video in under 10 minutes
Your client has made a healthy profit... so why are they asking where the money’s gone? I made this 30-second explainer to answer exactly that question. No animation software. No video editor. Just a plain-English brief and Claude. The video is below 👇 In today’s live session at 4pm UK (12 noon ET) I’ll show you exactly how I made it: - The brief I gave Claude, word for word - How it plans a storyboard before it builds anything - How I turned it into a finished video with voiceover and music Full details are in the Calendar tab. Hoping to see you there. What would you want a 30-second video to explain to your clients? Tell me below and I’ll read some out live 👇

@Michael Tupps Have you created anything like this? If not, what sort of explainer video would you like to create?

@Michael Tupps okay, start with something that you do every week that's very routine, and that's a great place to start. Administrative tasks are particularly easy to automate.
Where do you spend most of your AI time?
My first 3 years of using AI were spent predominantly inside ChatGPT. For the first 6 months of 2026 I spent most of my time inside Claude Cowork. Now I find myself using Claude Code for most things. What about you? Let me know in the poll below. And ask, if you're still confused which one to use.

@Carlos Vargas replit is supposed to be great. I went down the Lovable route and found it to be a great place to start learning how to do vibe coding. After 7 months of building on Lovable, it gave me the confidence to migrate to Claude Code.

🧭 Where AI is heading... and what it means for your firm
A year ago, AI answered your questions. Now it's starting to message you first. In a recent live session I walked through the biggest shift I've seen since I started using AI in 2023... and why every big AI company has just built the same thing. In the video I cover: • The three waves: chat, agents on your computer, and now a team of agents working in the cloud • What's new from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Grok and Meta, and why they all landed on one idea • The privacy question when your files move to the cloud • "Black October" and five practical security steps, from checking your website to using a password manager • My three predictions for where it goes next You don't need to be at the bleeding edge. Get the most from the tools you already use first. The recording is below 👇 Which wave are you in right now... 1, 2 or 3? 👇

🔒 The PHP security flaw in the news... what it means for your firm’s website
This week governments, hospitals and big companies took websites offline to avoid being hacked. The cause is two serious flaws in PHP. That’s the software running quietly behind most websites, including every WordPress site. Attackers can use them to take over a website, and they’re already trying. The fix is out. But it only protects you once it’s been applied. If your firm’s website runs on WordPress, here’s what to do this week: - Find out who hosts your site (your web designer will know) - Ask your host to confirm your site has had this week’s PHP security update - If you’re on an old version of PHP (8.1 or earlier), ask to upgrade... those won’t be fixed - Make sure you have a recent backup first - Update WordPress, your plugins and your theme - Remove any plugins or old sites you no longer use If you’re on Squarespace, Wix or similar, the platform looks after this for you. Not sure what to say to your host? Ask ChatGPT or Claude to write the email for you. Mention “this week’s PHP vulnerabilities” and ask them to confirm your site is patched. Most firms I speak to don’t know what their website is built on. Do you? 👇

@Tosha Schuller 2026 is a great time to be a solo practitioner because we can use AI to do things that, in the past, we might have had to employ people to do.
