Hey everyone, I recently joined and wanted to formally introduce myself to the group. I’m Danny from Milwaukee Wisconsin and I currently manage 5 MTR properties. From the looks of it myself and Becca are the only ones from Wisconsin, but I know our goal is to grow our network and be a real part of this MTR community. New to iMTR and starting
Hello, I have a opportunity to rent a 5 to 6 bedroom including the office and it has a basement here in the Las Vegas area and it has a swimming pool and the lady is going to be out of the country for five years and looking To Rent. I have a call with her in 45 minutes and I was wondering is the Centennial area which is right outside of Las Vegas a good area to do I MTr ** and with this property be a good property. The home is in great condition fairly new. It does have some furniture couches table, but it’s not a lot of homely items in it yet to make it feel cozy which I can do that part. please advise the next steps and I have completed the Blueprint, but I’m not really clear on the next step since this is my first unit. And also, I really would like to know would this be a good area? It does have some hospitals nearby too.

@Miss Dyan Hi! Congrats on finishing the blueprint. 🎉. How did the meeting go with the landlord? I don’t have any homes in Las Vegas I was hoping some others would chime in who might. I personally do not ever tell anyone where they should invest because I do not know all of your personal financial information, risk tolerance, rent and utility prices and so many more details to make that decision. I would say if there are many more 5 bedroom homes near it, good schools, high home ownership rates and a large population it might be a good fit. Run the Airbnb, furnished Finder and Zillow comparisons to see what other MTRs are around. If you need more assistance you can always join our premium calls on Tuesday nights and you will also get access to 100+ coaching calls and one we do a property analysis which is also very helpful. We are excited for you to be starting your iMTR.
