I got to take JOY to Minnesota Live today. And not in a “smile more” way. In a “this actually helps us live better” way. We talked about joy as: - a nervous system support - a resilience tool - a strategy for real life - not an escape from it I kept thinking about this community while I was there, because THIS is where joy is practiced - not just talked about.
