40,000 People....I have only this to say
We just broke 40k Members, in less then 4 months... To say I am honored and blown away is an understatement. I feel like yesterday @Matthew Creamer quit his job to sleep on my floor and bust out 15 hour days to build out content, structure and anything else I thought you all would need to make this community worth it. But at the end of the day there is only one thing for me to say. THANKYOU None of this, and I mean NONE of this would be remotely worth it if it wasn't for you all. To list and tag everyone that have contributed so much valuable not just to this community but to me would be nearly impossible. Thank you to every single one of you. Thank you for commenting and helping out on posts Thank you for sharing the wins you have gotten both at home and professionally. Thank you for believing in me and what I am building septically those of you who have been around since the beginning (you know who you are). I cannot tell you how happy my heart is to get in front of you all and teach, talk, ask questions and even learn a lot myself. It is a dream come true to become someone that people can learn from; to share my thoughts and have those very thoughts change the way people live their lives and do their work. It's only the beginning too, I can't wait to see what the rest of the year has in store, and I promise to keep building, working and recording for you all. From the very very very bottom of my heart.....Thankyou! Thankyou to every single one of you reading this and for being part of such an amazing community.

It feels like we have just begun the journey on this ICM ship ⛵ I think you are the captain of this first fleet, and I believe many new captains and many new fleets will come out of this community. So thank you for starting this fantastic journey into value and knowledge. We are building our future. Stay curious 🫡

@David Vogel Thanks, David 🫡 It was a gradual process of growth, study, and improvement. I think it all starts with curiosity and asking the right questions.

@Adib Alami Hi Adib, more or less! I think this summary I created might be useful to you A simple operational summary of ICM with a "Video to study PDF" example.
A simple operational summary of ICM with a “video to study PDF” example
I made a small personal operational summary of Jake’s ICM paper while studying it. It helped me clarify the core structure in a more practical way: layers, stages, workspace structure, how outputs move from one stage to the next, and how the “factory vs product” idea works in practice. I also included a simple hypothetical “video to study PDF” workspace, which is the kind of workflow I’m using to understand how ICM can help turn technical videos into structured study notes. The summary explains how one stage produces an output, how the next stage reads that output as working material, and how the stage’s CONTEXT.md defines which files and references should be used. It’s not official material, just my own study notes, but I’m sharing it here in case it can help someone else who is trying to understand ICM more operationally. Happy to improve it if anything is unclear or inaccurate. stay curious 🫡

@David Vogel Thank you, David. I really appreciate it. I’m happy if this can be useful to others, too. I’ll keep refining my notes and sharing practical examples as I learn more.

🏆 Wins
Eight months of infrastructure. Two weeks to simplify it.
Eight months ago, I started building what I thought orchestration required — N8N, Postgres, LibreChat, consulting and hosting fees. Tens of thousands of dollars. That was the right bet at the time. Nobody I saw was doing this with Claude yet. Three or four months ago, the game changed. And I didn't know it until I stumbled onto Jake's content on YouTube. Two weeks after watching "Stop Building AI Agents. Use This Folder System Instead", I have a working MCP. Client demo-ready. The whole system I was killing myself over? Markdown files and orchestration prompts. That's it. I want to give credit where it's due. Jake put something out that reoriented how I thought about AI. The investment wasn't wasted — it built the foundation. But Jake and this community pointed me toward what was actually possible now. If you're still building the complex version because you think you have to — it's worth a second look.

Ahahah, you basically summarized my last five months of work perfectly. Same path, same realization, thanks to Jake! Stay curious 🫡
