There is beauty in everything if you look for it. There is also bad in everything if you look for it. Choose what you want to see and it will appear.

I talk about Constellation work a lot. We do it with all of our clients at some point, whether it's a bigger business or solo person, it doesn't matter, it can help with all situations. Life throws curveballs. Often they aren’t balls you even threw but you get hit anyway. Get your mind to a place where you have strategies to draw from - a community, some tools, the knowledge of when to stop and rest and realise you’ve been knocked down but can get back up again. Resilience is critical in business and life. That doesn’t mean pushing against all the time, sometimes it means taking the hit and taking a pause to get back up again.
