I ran a client's whole newsletter business from ONE folder
Everyone thinks a business needs a stack of apps glued together with a VA. That is exactly why most people never start. It is so much smaller than that. New video β–Ά I build a real client's whole monthly newsletter business out of ONE folder of plain English files, then run it live on screen and the finished newsletter comes out. No apps. No code. Steal this one thing: the four jobs every one person business comes down to. See them once and you will spot them everywhere in your own work. Then today: open Notepad and write ONE file for your most boring weekly task. That is your first SKILL.md. Drop it in here when it runs and I will help you sharpen it.

50 One-Person AI Businesses You Can Build in 2026.
A few of you kept asking me the same thing. Okay, I get that I can build these Skills, but what would I actually build? What is a real business? So I made you the whole map. Fifty real one-person businesses you could run in 2026, plus a few brand new ones, each built as a small chain of Claude Code Skills. No Python. No jargon. The full map, all fifty-five, with the steps for each one and an honest read on what people charge, is the free download at the bottom. It is yours. Take it. One honest warning, because a map that flatters you is worth nothing. A lot of the AI business lists out there still sell you 2021 ideas the 2026 internet quietly broke. Where that is true, my map says so. I would rather tell you the truth than hand you a dead idea. Here are the eight kinds of business inside the map. ✍️ CONTENT. Newsletters, ghostwriting, short-form video, podcasts. πŸ› οΈ FREELANCING. Copywriting, data analysis, chatbots, resumes. πŸ’» SOFTWARE. An automation agency, small custom tools, an AI receptionist. πŸ“¦ PRODUCTS. Stock media, product descriptions, planners, books. 🀝 AGENCIES. Email, ads, AI consulting, customer support. πŸ’€ PASSIVE INCOME. Local lead generation, template stores, licensing. πŸŽ“ TEACHING. Courses, a paid community, tutoring, coaching. βš™οΈ AUTOMATION. Bookkeeping, appointment setting, real estate, documents. And a few brand new ones almost nobody is doing yet. The standout is getting a brand cited inside AI answers, the new version of search. Here is the part that matters, and it is the only thing you really need to understand. Every one of these is the same thing underneath. You point a small chain of Skills at it. One researches, the next writes the thing, the next checks the work, the next packages it, and nothing goes out the door until you say so. Learn to build one chain and you can build any of them. So this is not fifty things to learn. It is one thing, shown fifty ways. Grab the full map below. Then do one thing for me. Find the ONE business that fits a world you already understand. Your job, your hobby, the thing your family does at the dinner table. That is your unfair advantage, and most people walk right past it. Tell me which one in the comments and I will tell you the first Skill to build for it.
50 One-Person AI Businesses You Can Build in 2026.
Welcome to Agent Skills Academy. Here's where to start.
1. Introduce yourself in the Introduce yourself, I'll reply to every single one. 2. The Foundation course launched β€” 29 lessons on SKILL.md, the file Anthropic built for non-coders to give Claude plain-English instructions. Until then, your questions shape the curriculum. 3. Share a win in πŸŽ‰ Wins & Results. Small counts. "I installed Claude Code" is a win. 4. Ask one thing in ❓ Ask Pragati. What recurring task in your week would you automate first? 5. Post your work. Ask questions. Help others when you can. Founding-50 advantage: you joined before the Foundation launched. When Premium opens (around Week 5-7), the first 50 members get a permanent $27 a month rate locked forever (vs $47 a month standard). What do you want to build first with Cluade Code Skills?

@K Kishore Kishore, what a background. CTO in stock broking, and now leading E-KYC onboarding deliveries for enterprise clients. You have lived exactly the world where this pays off: onboarding, client coordination, process optimization, CRM. It is all workflow, and workflow is where Claude Code Skills shine. With your delivery and product instincts, the SKILL.md primitive will click for you fast, and you will spot automation openings the rest of us walk right past. So two things: build something for your own work and drop it in Wins, and please jump in when newer members have questions. People learning from someone who has actually shipped enterprise platforms is pure gold for this community. Really glad to have you here. πŸ™‚
Introduce yourself in 60 seconds.
Introduce yourself. Three things β€” short answers are fine: 1. What you do (job, role, retired, parent, student, career-changer β€” anything goes) 2. What recurring task in your week would you give to AI tomorrow 3. One thing about AI you're trying to figure out right now I'll reply to every single one. Read other people's introductions too β€” the person stuck on what you're stuck on might already be here. I'll go first. I'm Pragati β€” 20 years building AI at IBM Watson and Nike. 30,000+ students taught on Udemy and Coursera. Adobe Stock contributor. A handful of one-person businesses, all running on Claude Code Skills. Here to teach non-coders one thing: how to make your first SKILL.md file on your laptop by Saturday lunch. Excited to learn from you all.

@Yatin Dixit Welcome to the community, Yatin! So glad you're here. Coming in as a coding teacher who wants to move into data science and let AI carry the repetitive work, you're going to fit right in. That's exactly what we do here. Start with the Getting Started lessons in the classroom β€” they'll set your foundation and show you how a SKILL.md turns the steps you already know into something Claude runs for you. And don't build alone β€” that's the whole point of this place. share your wins as they come (even the small ones), and ask the community anytime you get stuck. We've all been at the start, and someone here has usually solved whatever you're facing. Excited to see what you build.
