10,000 members + New announcement
[Read full post for new announcement] During my New Year break, I took a quiet moment to look back at where it had all begun. This community was only born in December 2025. Just a small seed, newly planted, but somewhere inside me I could already see the community it might become. So I wrote down my vision for 2026. My number one priority was clear: Grow ADHD Harmony to 10,000 members. Yesterday, June 21, on the beautiful summer solstice, that vision became real. 10,000 people. Manifestation is not simply wishing for something and waiting for it to appear. It is holding a vision so clearly that you begin to believe in it before there is any proof. It is choosing to show up for that vision, day after day, and giving it your time, energy, heart, and work. Even when growth feels slow. Even when doubt becomes loud. Even when nobody else can see what you can already see. The vision gave me direction. The work gave the vision roots. And this community helped it grow. Because behind this number are 10,000 real humans. People searching for answers, connection, growth, understanding, and a more harmonious way of living with ADHD. I did it. Or actually, WE did it together. This is your reminder to write down the vision that keeps returning to you. The one that quietly follows you and refuses to leave. Make it clear. Believe it is possible. Give it your energy. Then take the next step, followed by the next one. Sometimes the life you once imagined begins to bloom sooner than you ever dared to believe. 10,000 souls. One beautiful community. And we're only just getting started. This Thursday, June 25, we celebrate together, live. I've got a NEW ANNOUNCEMENT I can't wait to share, free for everyone who shows up. And the doors to my 6 week program swing open. Be there. You don't want to miss this. 💛 Jim

Trying to process my despair
I discovered the 5 Day Challenge that began in early 2026 at the very last minute and jumped in...I have been facing incredible challenges related to significant escalation in my ADD due to nearly 15 years of unrelenting traumas...the loss of my Dad and 2 brothers within 7 months...the death of my older brother was due to suicide...more trauma followed...not one but two hones that had to be totally rebuilt due to environmental damage....a black water flood in the first and serious undisclosed damage in the second that was all missed by the inspection. I am single....I had to navigate through these challenges alone without any support The above circumstances were so all encompassing that I was unable to work for 15 years....I recognized my desperate need for this program...The 5 day Challenge was great but the "sophistication" required to rely on AI Harmony did me in ....I have never had to rely on a computer for either my education...my Masters degree was completed in 1984...or in the 40 years that I have held two professional licenses and operated a very successful private practice....The challenges presented by needing to figure out the necessary computer skills to participate in the 6 week program and my total inexperience with AI have resulted in me being unable to make the incredible progress that so many of you are experiencing ... As the 6 weeks are drawing to a close, I am experiencing yet another grieving process...Not because I am ADD, but because I have been unable to benefit from the ADHD Harmony program to any significant extent...I simply lack the skills necessary to operate the AI program effectively...Several have offered help, but lacking basic computer skills was the real problem. This disadvantage did not become apparent during the 5 day Challenge. Posting in the community was easy for me...Encouraging and supporting others is who I am. Answering the initial questions was not too hard to master ... Using the AI program overwhelmed and intimidated me. This exacerbated my ADD causing even more struggles.

Sub-groups / Time-zone groups idea - Some programmes I have done have had sub-groups for peer support and motivation who keep in touch with each other between whole-group sessions. If @Jim Ebbelaar has been doing more resourcing around the time-zones struggles, that could really help. If each time-zone could see their members (and, ideally, also a map of their subgroup in case some of them could actually meet up in person!!!), and maybe have an 'opt in' of making smaller groups, like teams of 6 people in the same time-zone, I guess maybe as separate optional WhatsApp groups, to stay more closely in touch. That may help keep people feeling more connected / supported, especially for those who are struggling or falling behind, or looping into anxiety / shame / overwhelm? I assume Jim will have some sort of feedback / evaluation form at the end, and see if there are some people who have given up or not completed things due to these sorts of experiences . (I'll also re-post this in the Tech Chat as it's really feedback)

I assume Jim will have some sort of feedback / evaluation form at the end of the programme, and see if there are some people who have given up or not completed things due to these sorts of experiences. It worries me that some of the Cohort may have 'fallen between the cracks' due to struggling, and their difficulties have caused them to not be visible in the WhatsApp Chats, Skool Community sharing or live video sessions? I know I've not wanted to 'claim time' in the live sessions due to feeling 'behind' or 'not up-to-speed'. I realise that's some internalised programming for me from school and such... the voice telling me that "The people who have worked hard and made progress are the 'good students' who have earned the extra support... so if I am behind, I have not 'done the work' and therefore I do not deserve the extra support and time of the facilitator". I know logically that doesn't make sense (I've been a teacher myself and that's completely *NOT* my philosophy!!!), but when I get overwhelmed it's my inner 8-year-old that comes out, with her shame and fear, not my sensible Adult self! Sigh! (Yeah, I know... I'm working on it!)
