❤️❤️❤️❤️Hi Tribers! I was just talking to my friend Sarah on how we are grounding ourselves on the daily and wanted to share with you! I found that I ground myself in several different ways daily… to just keep it together. But for me, grounding is not sufficient, I also need to tune myself - like a music instrument! I ground myself through hiking and doing yoga, dancing and touching plants - often that’s gardening. I tune myself when I play music - childlike! Just play for the sake of playing. It doesn’t need to be good or accurate or perfect or nothing. Is just is. Childlike. Like a child playing in the sand at the beach. Like F’ck around and find out type. I call this “Joy Zone” as many of you know who have been here for a while and that’s the main focus in this group… Learning comes secondary. As a byproduct… Cuz the purpose of music is to entertain and bring joy. Learning is always after that… Do you ground yourself daily?
