I’ve been building my FREEMIUM Skool community (Skool Copy Hub) over the past couple of months, and we’ve grown to 700+ members with 40+ paid so far. Right now, I feel like I’m in that in-between stage where I've gotten GREAT initial momentum. - I have 48 lovely paying members (Premium & VIP) - beautiful conversations - a flywheel for how I'm sharing workshops/creating content … but I want to grow this in a bigger way (don't we all!) What I’ve done so far: - Grew through a mix of meta ads, collabs (like this!), email list, Skool Network (don't sleep on this!) - Validated Premium + VIP tiers based on demand - Started running workshops + building out resources Where I feel a bit stuck: - I have paying members - BUT of course... I'd love to turn more free members into paid consistently (I think I need more urgency... and I'm alwayyyys testing things!) - I want to make the value of Premium/VIP even more obvious My goal is to grow this into a strong recurring revenue stream (10K would be FAB, of course hehe). Would love any advice on: If you have a FREEMIUM community, what's your favourite way to upgrade members from FREE > PAID? What would you focus on if you were me? 👀

In a recent post I commented about my community, where I help people discover their authentic self - the person they were originally designed to be when entering this life, and to define their purpose in life. Additionally, I help people apply their authentic self to all areas of their life - what they eat, how they move their body, and connect with people through the various relationships in their life. @Heather Boers and I then began discussing human design, which I compared to the easy button for the work that I do. In my experience, I truly valued the experience going through the process of discovering my authentic self (personal human blueprint) and purpose in life, and found reassurance that when I learned about human design and checked mine, it was exactly what I discovered through my own exploration. While pressing the easy button is, well, easy, I've found it's not impactful in a person's life when they have their own awareness instead of having the answers given to them. Have you had a similar experience where you discovered the answer for yourself instead of someone else just giving you the answer? I equate this to parents telling their kids not to do something hoping to help the kids avoid having to learn lessons the hard way like they did, and yet the kid ignores the parent and still learns the hard way, even though they had the answer! What are your experiences with human design? Have you tried it? How spot on is it for you?

When it comes to engagement and you have the purest intention to respond, engage, reply, but 😮‍💨 it can get exhausting depending on the day… What’s your goto strategy in a pinch?
