My name is Alkan, i'm from Kyrgyz republic, Central Asia. 30 years old. I'm starting to learn dispatching, just because i need to use my english somewhere 😁. If i'll get something around $2000 per month that would be great 🤩. I want to get many things from this platform: knowledge about dispatching, market, read another users, tips that people share there. Things that i do for fun: Swiming, horse riding, read books. I've been trying to make content for TikTok and Youtube, but I'm not good at it🙂. Sorry for my English, i learn it by myself, just through the listening music. I hope we y'all do lotta money through this way

Truck dispatching market dump by the poor countries
I need the community's help. Yesterday, I attended an open class on truck dispatching. They explained that beginner dispatchers usually start with one truck and earn 1% from each deal. Over time, the number of trucks increases to three or four, and the percentage only goes up after 3 to 6 months. When I mentioned that dispatchers in the American market typically earn a much higher percentage, and questioned why we should work for such a low rate, they responded by saying this is our competitive advantage. They claimed it's more profitable for truck drivers to pay us than to work with dispatchers who charge a higher percentage. That response made me uncomfortable. To me, a competitive advantage means offering higher value — something worth paying more for — not just being cheaper. What we’re doing feels more like market dumping. Am I right to think this way, or am I missing something? They also said that no matter how much you want to work at American rates, there will always be another country willing to undercut the market. For people in those countries, even low dispatcher earnings are still higher than local wages.
Please help make decision
Hi everyone, please help me. I'm from Kyrgyzstan, which is in Central Asia. I want to become a truck dispatcher, and a local training course here costs $344. Could you please advise me — is it worth buying the local course, or would it be better to find something here instead?

Hey I'm Travis!
👋Hi my name is Travis. I live in New Jersey and I plan on making $5,000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  Encouragement to keep grinding even when situations can get discouraging 2.  Educated on what it really takes to be a successful dispatcher. 3. Meet like minded business owners who are willing to assist me along my journey For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Watch sports. My favorite team is the 2x Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles🦅 2.  I love watching my daughter play soccer ⚽, she just seems so free and happy while on the pitch. 3. Play College Football 25🎮. I've waited a decade for this game to be released and it was the only reason i purchased a gaming console lol😂
