Jake's Paper - Gemini Notebook (PodCast)
Replacing AI Agents with Unix Folders - a quick listen about ICM that helped me a lot! https://notebook.google.com/notebook/ac28b849-3f5e-43a6-976a-b984366cd853/artifact/617c8e56-e757-4fd5-b81e-90fed0c655c1?utm_source=nlm_web_share&utm_medium=google_oo&utm_campaign=art_share_1&utm_content=&utm_smc=nlm_web_share_google_oo_art_share_1_

@Gabriel Azoulay have you looked into a Jesse Vincent’s Superpowers repo? I highly recommend.
Digital version of the "Big Ass Calendar"
Hi All, Would anyone be interested in trying out my digital version of the "Big Ass Calendar"? Right now it only works with Google Calendar. If you'd like to give it a try, message me your email address and I'll add you to the beta list. I built it with Van Clief's ICM and Jesse Vincent's Superpowers, and I think it turned out pretty well. You can demo it at https://bramwell.no.fail, and the repo is here: https://github.com/studiorelativity/bramwell-pwa I'm looking for feedback. This isn't a business solicitation, just a project I've wanted to build for a long time. Thank you, Duane Garnes

@Leo Saraiva great question! So far it is performing well but it is rough in some areas of flow and usability. The sync function works well, and since I only focused on making calendar it should. There is no habbit tracker, todo list, or journal to clutter it up -- but I would love to have that stuff. What I want more feedback on is the UI/UX, it is bumpy right now and I cannot put my finger on it.
What did you actually build this weekend? ️
Three days into Implementation Playbooks. I want to know what came out of it. Not what you watched. Not what you understood. What did you actually MAKE? - An animation you finally got working? - A folder structure that finally makes sense for your AI setup? - A browser workflow that's saving time? - Or something else entirely? Drop it below. Doesn't matter how small. Some of the most useful things in here started as the smallest outputs. And if you got stuck on a step... Don't sit there spinning. - Bring it to the Clief Notes AI - Bring it to the next call - Go back to the lesson and figure out WHERE you got stuck. That's part of the build. The roadmaps aren't here to make you feel like you completed something. They're here to make sure you walk out the other side with something you can actually use. Drop what you built below. 👇

I built https://bramwell.no.fail using ICM and Superpowers. Wanted a perpetual calendar that syncs with Google Calendar.
The 9 Stage Production Line
When I got into this group on July 1st, I immediately did 2 things: 1) I signed up for @Jake Van Clief 's VIP GROUP 2) Dived straight into the classroom One of the first things I noticed was I liked how his videos were made. So once I got to this classroom session about making animation videos with remotion I started trying to figure out how I could do that myself. I understand the power in video (built my first six figure business on the back of it in 2011): -traffic -leads -sales and underappreciated...BRANDING. 60 days later I have refined a 9 stage production line that has been the corner stone of and produced: -1,000+ subscribers on youtube -500+ leads in a 2 week old brand -490+ skool members -2,000 visitors to the same 2 week old brand -1,000s of high intent search traffic across 3 brands -SEO Optimized written blog posts driving that traffic -Building out the community (I took his session package from one of the high teas and use it) -Lifetime FREE access to his VIP through winning his weekly competition Basically...Traffic, leads, a brand awareness and sales. The coolest part is the people I've already met along the way. I have a squad growing and we're getting after it. I routinely get told "I'm a machine" and it's true that I have a work ethic that's unrivaled (you'll never out work me) but where I became dangerous and what people think makes me a machine... Is I've copied me into a machine that churns out things quick, fast, in a hurry, and now it's about 90% accurate on each approval gate. It wasn't that way at first, it was painful, and I wasted a lot of time figuring it out. This video is the exact 9 stages that take me from idea to everything inbetween that's already driving in more leads, traffic and sales while serving my community.
