Thanks to all who prayed! MRI results will arrive in 4-5 days. In the meantime I've been asked to go get x-rays on my upper spine and found out there's a possibility that the carpal tunnel in my right hand has returned even though I've already had surgery :-( this world sucks LOL.. I'm soooo looking forward to my new promised perfect body!! Met a man who was in for injections in his spine and after hearing him talk to the nurse and developing compassion for him the Lord prompted me to pray for him. In talking to him he mentioned having three hip surgeries and I mentioned him about my three back surgeries. I expressed to him that the only thing that got me through was having Jesus. He immediately teared up so I invited him to sit beside me. He said to me "I've been to church and I have a Bible at home but...." Then he choked up and he began to cry more. I asked if I could pray for him and he nodded yes. I asked his name but he couldn't speak it through the tears. I told him God knows his name already I don't need to know it and continued to pray for him. He was so moved and so touched that I could feel it in my own spirit. When I opened my eyes the MRI tech was standing behind me waiting to take me in. He then offered me music and he asked if I wanted Christian rock or Christian rap LOL God is everywhere and all we have to do is say yes. This world might suck in the way of things being broken, bodies, situations, all kinds of things that are broken. But when the love of God touches us deeply it breaks through all of it even if just for a moment... I really believe it can change us. I still don't know this man's name but I urge you to please just pray that God will continue working on his heart. Have you had the opportunity to pray for anyone lately? Would you tell us about it? Let me introduce you to your beautiful sister in Christ... Emilia! Emilia is a part of both the YWAM and the OCC Family and we love her dearly! Sadly she is not being allowed to stay in Canada right now because of a visa issue so she will be having to unexpectedly travel to the Mexico YWAM base so she can continue being the amazing servant of the Lord she is. Emilia is a warrior. She knows her authority in Christ and is not afraid to use it! Let's pray that the 🔥🔥🔥 God has called her to carry, will be burn wild and hot in Mexico!! If you know Emilia, you would know she never asked for anything. She simply trusts explicitly in God's provision....(and she doesn't know I'm posting this). She dedicates herself to serving as a volunteer full-time with YWAM and truely is a Woman of Grit & Grace! If God puts her in your heart and you would like to support her with money going towards here buying an unexpected plane ticket....please go see her or send it to me (please reach out privately ) and I will gladly pass it on. When I was fundraising to be in full time ministry, it took very little to sustain me. Needs were pretty low, but there were still needs....and unexpected things were always a challenge to stay in trust....but God always brought people....I was so thankful to have amazing support from those who really love me and believed in what God has called me to ... Dear sisters in Christ I’m sorry I haven’t been in the group much I have been very sick with this flu. Still not doing so well it’s been a week already and not much improvement up the first time today sat in my chair for a bout 15 minutes actually ate a boils egg and kept it down for as long as it took me to leave the table to the bathroom. I’m back in bed with another feverish spell they keep coming. My advice and pray for all of you is to NOT GET THIS FLU!! Thank you for your prayers. Good day sweet ladies of great faith! I'm seeking your prayer and covering for tomorrow night please! I've been asked to come lead worhip at the YWAM base in Oliver BC. Please hold up our lovely little team, Destinee, David, Chad & myself. They do a potluck once a month (I think) where they invite people off the street, non believers, seekers and anyone else who wants food to come and enjoy! They have someone share testimony and we do some worship! Please pray that those who God calls will have open hearts to recieve, that they not only come hungry in their bodies but hungry for the food that will feed them forever! Please pray that the spirit of God will be tangible and recognizable to those who have been asleep and a sweet taste to those who have never encountered His delicious presence before! I feel humbled, honored and blessed to have this opportunity, most of you know my heart for worship...especcialy when it comes to playing at soup kitchens and out on the street ,so I'm very excited to see how will use us! But I also recognize the enemy has really ben on the prowel lately, so I want us to be dilligant in protecting ourselves and keep our heart stayed on the Lord. He is our srength, our sustainer and our deliverer! Hallalujah!
