Which stage does logo and bussiness come in? Like when and how do I do this?

I like to do it after brainstorming about who we will attack, already taking into account who the target audience is, you could move forward in choosing a name that can connect with the audience, I see the logo in the same way, I think the best way is to try to make the tribe feel identified, it is also good to use the metaphor of the purple cow.
