For about 10 years, I practised Aikido daily. At that time, I lived on the same property as the dojo in Byron Bay. Recently, I had a knee replacement and happened upon the teachings of Sonny Mannon, Rooted Academy, Tai Chi, and Qigong on YouTube. Enjoyed the sessions and joined the academy because there are no teachers locally.
