StrongDads Constiution
Gentlemen - we want StrongDads to be a focused, powerful, and incredibly beneficial community for our members, where we're all aligned on our purpose of being here. Therefore, we have written the constitution below as bearing for the work that we do here. Read the below and commit to this. Comment 🔱 in the linked post to confirm your commitment. Solid week this week! So far: 2 weight training sessions 1 x 60min swim 1x 1hr 30min bike 1 x quick (ish) 5km run Worked 50hrs (day job) Movement forward with Harocsky Candles Family is heathy and well 👊

Solid week so far. Secured a spot for a stall at a wellness event for Harocsky Candles. Swim technique session Monday Pull session on Tuesday including deadlifts Cycling FTP test last night which was tough! More to come this week. How you getting on @Adam Lloyd

Ahhh nice one, bro! I’ve been thinking of doing the same with Facebook The event is in Wokingham on 9th May. Lots of family stuff too so we are going with the kids. Either stay at our friends house or book a glamping pod

I’ve had a solid few weeks now of 6 sessions per week Last week was 3 weights session (push, pull, legs) 1 killer swim, 1 beast of a 30km (indoor) bike 1 gentle 5km run. 20mins stretching every evening This week I want to be roughly the same but with an extra swim and a switch around of bike and run. So: A shorter, interval based bike say 30mins 10km long run From a non training perspective, Toni and I are finally revisiting Harocsky and already have some stuff planned in for this week to focus towards a launch date

Ahh sick!! @Adam Lloyd youll have to let me know how you get on with the Suunto. I’ve read good things @Liam Zamudio i have a Garmin 965 and LOVE it!! The Fenix models look great but way too big for my girly wrists lol
