How do I get access to the Equity Method Calculator? Under class room i went to the Equity Method Calculator clicked on it, but it only a blank page. I am using a Mac. Does anyone else have this problem?

Good morning I was curious if anyone in the Skool had purchased one of their own deals or another student’s deal and if if they would be able to share that experience?

So far I’ve watched a few of the structure videos uploaded and I’m having a hard time grasping the concept as they’re students asking questions. I grew up with a learning disorder so I learn differently, is there any way you can add a video explaining a-z how this is done? Going over the pitch , explaining the structure would be helpful. The way I understand, this is seller finance with a large down payment for commercial buildings. I’m ready to bring deals I just want to feel confident in the words I’m speaking to the sellers. Thanks!
