Today we are celebrating 20 members and one month of the community!
The old me would have celebrated this milestone by pushing for 50 members, just like I used to when I was building a 10k audience on Meta. But today, I don’t care about adding more members. What I care about now is having higher satisfaction from the current members. So I want to celebrate @Maximilian Köppel @Ailandas Sulcas @Andrea Petrucci Fiori For being the top 3 on the leaderboard and bringing so much value with your contributions. A special thanks to Andrea, who is consistently showing up to the community calls. Also a special mention to: @Adedayo Adeyemi @Melvin Zhang @Ivaldo Monteiro melo @Brian Diep @Lucas Oliveira @Lukas Kulbis For being the early members. And a big shoutout to the newest members: @Max R. @Lakshminarayanan Pandian @Des Cooke @Ruben Plasmeijer @Philippe Schoenmakers @Chris Fletcher @Jasen Holloway & @Rich Guy Next week, on the 18th at 8pm CET, we are having our last community call of the year. During this session, we will do a special hypnosis to map your upcoming year and focus on making it extremely successful. Why should you join this last session? If you’ve heard about the red car theory, we get more of what we focus on.And with hypnosis, we seed these dreams of success into the deepest part of your being. Besides that, if you’ve heard about manifestation, this is manifestation at its best. When we are in a dream state, it becomes the best place to feel as if it’s already done. The only things that stand in our way are the negative beliefs we hold and the work we still need to do.
Today we are celebrating 20 members and one month of the community!

Unleash the Beast to be more successful
Our current society has been breeding men who have become nice guys, why it doesn't matter, what matter is that it cuts us form our primal power it's been a few weeks I've been working with @Andrea Petrucci Fiori and yesterday he invited me to do some exercises to release anger over the past few years I have done a bunch of them and yet doing these have had a tremendous impact on me you can se a picture of my facial expression after the exercise as I started feeling sadness Anger is an emotion of protection, if we are not allowed to show it, we might feel unsafe on the subconscious level and if we still carry some we might have sadness and other emotions blocking us form accessing our full power in this video you can see me do 4 exercises then jump the exercise are: - Driving the first downwards - Get off my back - Punching forward - Shaking your fist make all the noises and screams that feel good to you I did it shirtless in the forest as I feel more like a beast and feel safe to make noises then I took 40 min to feel the emotion while resting in my bed I challenge @Lukas Kulbis do to it and then challenge someone else to take the lead If you also want to feel the power within, record yourself and post the video below

How do you know you have Imposter syndrome?
just take a minute and reflect on the moments you felt inadequate, what made you feel certain you were not good enough?

@Asha Hope I often do but it's at the detriment of my own happiness at some points. I'm getting better at it thought through inner work.

@Asha Hope it's almost like a sense of safety and achievement. Acceptance.
How did you learn to be a man?
When I was a teenager, I didn’t know that my body was transforming in ways that would shape me as a man. Unfortunately, I grew into becoming a wounded man. No connection with my father except through fighting. Being bullied at school. Sex ed that depicted men as perverts. No connection to my inner drive and purpose. I became a very toxic man even though I wanted to do good. I lost many years and developed habits that led me to lose my power. For over a decade I was a criminal, addicted to drugs and drama. I felt powerful, but that power wasn’t founded on anything stable. A decade after changing my life, I have learned ways to harness my power in more meaningful ways. Yet I still notice I leak my energy into old thinking patterns. I’ve created this community because I came a long way from some of the darkest places in the world to learn how we can use our power in service of ourselves and our communities. The questions we need to ask ourselves are:How did we become men?Was it from a place of wounding or from conscious architecture? The answers you find will help you see how you can regain your power. To make it easier, Join me next Thursday at 8pm CET for our first Olympian meeting.

I can resonate with this a lot. Never had a connection with my father and that only came very late in my life, was always bullied in life and I never did anything about it because I never wanted to hurt anyone even when I was one of the best combat athletes in the country, never felt driven to do anything or achieve anything and if I achieved anything it was a consequence of someone else wanting me to do it. Was massively deep into drugs and poor habits, debt etc and it took me years to get out of that pit. It's the feeling that we are here for a grand purpose which is to know ourselves for who we are and share the path with others to do the same. So if we learn how to be men by looking deep within and learn how to see our weaknesses as opportunities to ascend into greatness then we will be shining beacons for other men to do the same.

@Maximilian Köppel thank you for sharing that! I think what is important is that you noticed those qualities about those people that were mentors and actually moved in the right direction, find those situations as way to grow and ascend towards greatness. A lot of people can see that as a way to get stuck and become stagnant.
