Today's quote from my book: “Momentum doesn’t mean you never slow down. It means you don’t stay down.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 11, p. 225 Bad day? Fine. Bounce. Momentum is continuity, not perfection. Missed a rep? Restart fast. Keep the next move tiny and visible. Protect the streak. Let progress survive the wobble. You’re not starting over. You’re resuming. That’s how results stack. If you slipped yesterday, run one clean 5-minute rep now and log the streak as “1 again.” Keep it going tomorrow.

Ordinary Effort, Extraordinary Results
Workout done!
I was this close to skipping my workout today… but then something happened. After dinner, my daughter Olivia looked at me and said, “Dad, are we getting a workout in today?” She’s 5 years old. So we went downstairs and started the workout together. She joined me for the first 10 minutes, then stopped and said, “I’m done. I’m going to play.” And that’s when it hit me—we have accountability partners in our lives who are younger than we realize. I couldn’t just stop. I finished strong and crushed my workout, even on a day I almost skipped. Ended the day with 12K steps thanks to time in the gym. Lesson of the day: 👉 Prioritize your health—because health creates wealth. 💪 Who got there workout in today?
