@Luis Mederos Thanks for the reply. When I said entry level course, I meant something like CompTIA A+ to get me up to speed. I'm ok with approaching business but wouldn't want to come across as someone that doesn't know what they're talking about -- what if I get asked questions on the spot? Also, I'm in my 40s lol so really second guessing whether this is a good thing to jump into.
