I’m still the lead affiliate for the Ideas to Income challenge. But people are catching up with me. It’s a free challenge and it’s really great to get clarity around your ideas, ideal client and mindset. I shared this in the comments of the day 1 thread for the Ideas to Income Challenge that I'm taking part in along with some of you. I thought it was worth sharing here for all of us too. I've often struggled with mindset stuff. I know I need to show up as the successful version of myself, but it can be hard to pinpoint what that actually looks like. This exercise was one part of today's challenge, and it really helped me. Once I know how I sabotage myself, I can flip it. Then I know what to watch out for, and how to act differently to be a more successful version of myself. Anyway, if you're happy to share, how could you use this to tap into what successful you looks like?

The main way I have grown is through collaborations, not through content. The way I organise this, is with Notion. I created a system to track all collaborations I want to take part in, apply for and have been accepted to. Most collaborations (like summits and bundles) have specific rules (like how much you have to promote) and Notion helps me to stay on top of those rules. It also helps me stay on top of what I said I would do (because it's easy to forget). Then after the collaboration I note down the results. I note down number of leads I got, how long it took me to apply and promote and any income from the collaboration. Then I use charts to review by these factors. I called this The Collab Scorecard and it's in the Business Templates and Trainings classroom. The screenshot, is from the 3 collabs I have done recently.
