✨💖 Last Week Had BIG Energy- How R U?? 💖✨
There was a lot going on! The biggies were the fall equinox, a harvest full moon, and Chiron going back into Aries for it's last pass for the next 50 years. If Chiron is new to you, Chiron is a comet representing the wounded healer associated with our deepest wounds, vulnerabilities, and sensitivities. He teaches us that while some wounds may never fully heal, we can transform them and how we see them so they no longer define us or hold us back. He asks us to lovingly accept ourselves as we are. 🤍✨🫶 All 3 are asking us to consider similar themes regarding identity, authenticity, truth, and how WE choose to move into the future. If you're still feeling some emotions, confusion, or frustration, sit with these questions and see what comes up for you. 🤍 What might you need to release or shed to step into your truth and authenticity? 🤍 What old patterns and attachments are clearing to make way for your next step? 🤍 What illusions (and masks) might you be carrying and what hard realities might need to be considered? 🤍 Where might you still be trying to control outcomes that may be preventing you from moving forward? You may just placing awareness on these can provide downloads and insights. Meditating, breathing, or journaling on them can to. How are you feeling and have you had any insights?

For me, I am an Aries sun with Chiron in Aries so I felt this big time!! But it felt transforming because I just completed my Chiron return earlier this year and have been integrating the healing and lessons. Any doubts that crept in were quickly eliminated by gratitude for the journey and knowing, and reminding my brain of all of the proof that I can do big things. My focus is taking action on all of my ideas and this next phase of growth both personally and professionally. I've mapped out a rough plan that I'm working with, but also giving myself the space to shift if needed.

Are you living in the space of should???
We are officially on day 2 of fall! I'm stoked because it's my favorite season. I love everything about it! More coffee, lattes, tea, cozy food, and walks where I can take nature in with all my senses... feeling the cool breeze and warm sun on my face, seeing the beautiful colors of the leaves and transition happen before my eyes, hearing the music of the rustling leaves, and the smell of the leaves going back to the Earth for a new cycle. It's also one of my favorite times to reflect on what is changing in myself. What has completed it cycle? What needs more nurturing? Who do I want to grow with moving forward? On my walk yesterday, I noticed that the trees should have changed already, but they largely haven't. Most are only 10-15% when they are typically further along. This is because we had a very dry winter, spring, and summer. We actually had the worst drought and warmest year in Colorado's recorded history. And the trees are doing exactly what they're supposed to do when there's a been a drought. But our human minds tend to go back to the "shoulds". This got me thinking, where in my life am I living in the space it should? Should hold us back because it's a judgment on our self. And, it's usually coming from fear and doubt rather than love and trust. During this beginning of fall, where may you be holding yourself in the space of should? Can you see how it might be holding you back and not building confidence or trust?

I Said It Out Loud & Got Called Out 👀😎
I was recently at a gathering with friends and got called out for saying what everyone was thinking. A few years ago, this probably would've freaked me out and caused some level of fight or flight internally while outside I tried to act normal. I don't feel this way anymore. I confidently speak my truth and received that feedback in my mind as, "Heck yes!!" I'm not afraid to use my voice because I've done the work. Watch the video and afterwards let me know how you would've handled getting called out twice.

@Rositsa Aleksandrova Jane Goodall. She was a pionnering primatologist and anthropologist. She broke barriers and ceilings for women in science in the 1950s paving the way for all the women that came after her. But more importantly, she was just a beautiful soul and philanthropist. she passed away last October. in her sleep at age 91 while in Beverly Hills getting prepared for an event.
Are you a 🧠 or 💖 kind of person?
Most of the women I work with embody elements of both, but often feel they have to wear the mask of being practical and brainy to be acceptable, seen and accepted by the world. They're afraid if they show too much emotion or their spiritual sides people will judge and reject them. We dive into where these stories and feelings came from. So often it was when they were little girls expressing themselves, so they shut it off. I've been there too, especially because I was a scientist and a doctor. I had a very strong emotional and spiritual aside, and I suppressed it until I couldn't anymore. Midlife came and it said, "I'm gonna keep beating you over the head until you acknowledge who you are." And so I listened after a little bit of fear and resistance. I want that for you because it's absolute BS that we're conditioned this way. It's time to be deconditioned and choose yourself! 🥰💃🏼 How do you see yourself? Are there parts of you that you feel you need to hide still?
