An idea
Just wondering if there’s currently a way, or if this could be added one day, to pull through the date of work orders, invoices, or job completion when importing contacts? A common scenario for us is clients uploading their full database, and when review requests start sending, it begins with contacts from a year ago. While those are still valuable, we’d much prefer to prioritise recent clients first, then work back through older ones. Having the ability to import and sort based on a date field would make a big difference in how effectively we can manage outreach :)

CRM Connector actually already supports this. 🙌 When contacts are synced, we automatically populate a Last Service Date custom field on each contact in GoHighLevel. You can use that field to sort and filter your contacts, so you can prioritize recent clients for review requests and work your way back from there.
CRM Connector has been an absolute game changer for me
Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Twan and Melvin with CRM connector. These guys have been huge for me over the past year. I work with a lot of businesses that use some pretty random booking apps, and half the time there’s no clean way to connect them to the systems I need. Every time I’ve hit a wall, I reach out to them… and they just figure it out. One example literally yesterday— I asked them about an integration with Phorest, and they literally had it working in about 24 hours. No dragging their feet, no overcomplicating it. Just got it done. That kind of responsiveness says a lot. You can tell they actually care about the people using their software and want to keep improving it. I’ve watched the platform get noticeably better over the last year, and it’s honestly made my life way easier on a day-to-day basis. Also — they listen. If you give feedback, they take it seriously. Not many teams do that consistently. So yeah, just wanted to say I appreciate you guys. You’re building something really solid, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Integration to OrbisX CRM
Would like to know what it would take to do an API integration with OrbisX, a CRM specific for detailers, window tint, and PPF shops. I'd like to have the calendar integrated so that voice ai can schedule appointments on OrbisX, and then send the contact info to OrbisX for a new customer.

Hi @Ken Chance , if the platform has API documentation available, this is definitely something we can build! Since it's a more specialized CRM with custom requirements, this would fall under a paid integration — we haven't had this one requested before. You can submit your request here: https://crm-connector.com/request-integration — we'll review it and get back to you with the details. Alternatively, you could set it up through Zapier. Just keep in mind that Zapier charges per task, and integrations like this tend to use a lot of tasks — so the monthly costs can add up quickly. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Request For Integration - Salon IQ

@Colm McKeown Nice!

1. I have a customer who has residential and commercial customers. I only want to import the residential customers. If he tags his residential customer with 'residential' in House Call Pro, then I use that same tag in the 'Qualified Customer Tags' in the 'Integration Filter' screen (see attachment), then it will only import those customers with the 'residential' tag. Is that right? 1. My customer has 1000 past customers, and he gets 30 new customers per month. It's going to take a few months to process his past customers, but during that time he will also be getting new customers. Is there a way to give higher priority to his new customers (over old customers), during the review reactivation period? Basically, I don't want to have to wait to send his new customers the review activation request before all old customers are processed. I want any NEW customer to have higher priority so they are processed when they come in instead of having to wait for all the old ones.

Hi Clint, Question 1: Could you submit a filter request via this link so we can look into it: https://crm-connector.com/filter-request Question 2: Yes, this is absolutely possible with CRM Connector! On the initial sync, all 1,000 past customers will be tagged with "initial-sync-customer". Any customers that come in after that will be tagged with "new-sync-customer". That way, you can use your GHL automations to differentiate between the two and prioritize new customers for review activation requests. Let me know if you have any other questions! Best, Melvin
