Hi guys. My automatic sync is not syncing and need help triggering a manual sync. I cant see the option of Manage Connection in the Agency view dashboard. So how can I trigger this sync so the contact data comes through? Its lapsed since 3 weeks. Thanks, @Twan Roelofsen for sharing the detail by email but I cant find that setting on the agency view. I need a screenshot or a pathway to the setting you mention. Thanks! Lorraine

Hi @Melvin Zuidweg ! Just wondering if it's possible to filter by practitioner when using the CRM Connector for Cliniko. My client works in a chiropractic clinic, but we only want to send review requests to his patients, not to every patient at the clinic. Is that possible?

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Twan and Melvin with CRM connector. These guys have been huge for me over the past year. I work with a lot of businesses that use some pretty random booking apps, and half the time there’s no clean way to connect them to the systems I need. Every time I’ve hit a wall, I reach out to them… and they just figure it out. One example literally yesterday— I asked them about an integration with Phorest, and they literally had it working in about 24 hours. No dragging their feet, no overcomplicating it. Just got it done. That kind of responsiveness says a lot. You can tell they actually care about the people using their software and want to keep improving it. I’ve watched the platform get noticeably better over the last year, and it’s honestly made my life way easier on a day-to-day basis. Also — they listen. If you give feedback, they take it seriously.
