Question.
Quick question for the group. I have a client that I'm onboarding with CRM Connector. He sends several invoices throughout the job. Then sends a final invoice. Obviously I want that review request to go out on the final invoice but can not tell any way to do that with CRM Connector. I'm probably over looking something. We are connecting to his quickbooks online.

Hi, I've had this issue. I just changed the review message a bit so it could fit in that the job hasn't finished yet. That's how I fixed it in my situation.
Received email saying plan cancelled
Hi there, I just received an email saying my CRM connector plan has been cancelled. I’m pretty concerned about this as I didn’t cancel it / haven’t received any notifications about failed payments etc. I’m worried this may have impacted my subaccounts and clients. Any help at all would be appreciated. Edit - I realise the issue, I changed bank accounts a few months ago and CRM connector was connected to the previous. I’ve now paid the overdue invoice and updated bank details. Can someone confirm that the current subaccounts will stay connected. (Plus, I didn’t receive any overdue notifications so had no way to know this was a problem!) Thanks so much for your help on this 🙏

Hi Ryan, I just manually restored your subscription so you have nothing to worry about.
CRM Connector Question
CRM Connector use to have a link we could send to our client to get themselves connected. For example instead of having the client login to GHL. They could click the link an go through the steps. Is that still possible. If it is, I can't seem to find the link to send to my client?

QuickBooks help
Hi Team. I have tried everything and can't figure out why only some data is syncing from my QuickBooks into GHL. Only a couple of contacts were synced with the 'initial-sync-customer' and 'new-sync-customer' tag out of ~100 customers. If there is anyone that is an expert at this integration I would appreciate any help or guidance where to look. Thanks so much!

I haven’t done this personally. I know people have figured this out, if you search for this in the HighLevel house you will find an answer.
