Posting great content isn't enough to create engagement. (Sorry.)
Build an amazing community. Post awesome content. Members will show up and start commenting. That's how it works, right? 𝗪𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚!! The one thing I notice consistently across so many communities, are community owners asking "𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲?" We've been told that it's a simple matter of posting stuff that they want to comment on. But quite honestly it doesn't always work that way. The reality is that as a community owner, 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 in our communities. One thing I do in every single post is include a CTA (𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯) that tells my members exactly how to engage in the comments. I don't leave it open by saying "what's your thoughts" or "anyone else?" 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. Instead, I create something 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰, something 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗯𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱. For example: 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗧𝗔𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀? Drop a comment below and tell me how you teach your members to engage with your content... or tell us where you're getting stuck! 👇

This is the direct truth.. omg, I was just talking about this today in an interview. yet ppl don't want to hear the truth, they just want the magic formula to make them go viral.
🖊️ Let's play The Red Pen Game!!!
Every time I sit down to create a post... whether it's something for Homeroom, a promo for another community, or anything else... I always start the same way. Title first. CTA second. Content last. Because when you have your beginning and your end... the middle practically writes itself. Your content already has a map. It already knows where it's going. Remember in school when the teacher had you switch papers so you could grade each others work? That's what we're doing this week! 🎓 Here's how the game works 👇 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: Drop your title and CTA in the comments below 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: Go through the comments and grade at least 3 others using our grading system: ❌ = back to the drawing board ✏️ = good rough draft ✅ = A+ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: Take the feedback, revise, and repost 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: Keep going until you're hitting A+'s 🎉 The goal by the end of the week? A title and CTA that's ready to draw people in to start engaging!!

Private recordings for members question
When you all do private meetings and have recordings for members, how do you share them with your community members? unlisted youtube comes to mind, wondered if there are other tricks?
