Basically had a 1-1 with Zuhayer today
Saturday 4pm CET is the day with the least attendance to our Q&A Session. But this turned out to be a great opportunity for @Zuhayer Islam who literally had 45 minutes to ask me anything and we went pretty deep on a lot of interesting business topics, from tools to macro-economy and future opportunities. Obviously you can find the recording in the LIVE Recordings Module.

Feedback for lead mag
@Arda Kağan Yıldız Is helping us make a lead mag, and I had some ideas. What do you think would be the most useful for you vs what we might need now 1) A workbook ~ 10-30 pages of step by step instruction of a full roll out 2) A 7-day guided email course on a specific concept 3) The Clickup Quest OS template 4) A one-page cheat sheet, to build the habit to stay at it. 5) A list of businesses that is at the same revenue, and lack operations (e.g. is constrained)

I think a list of businesses would be a great lead mag. People who completed the quest module and have the clickup template can start to reach out to businesses.

Its been 2 weeks -- give me feedback (3 questions)
I'm asking for feedback. You don't need to write out all of your ideas, gripes, problems, things you wish the community had (or didn't focus too much on)... Please just answer these 3 things + why or what to change 1) What is the #1 good thing here that you can't live without 2) What is the #1 bad thing that if removed you wouldn't care 3) What is the #1 lacking thing that we don't have yet but we should. E.g. 1) I like the content + QA because I get to learn new things 2) I wouldn't care to get quiz + access pass, but I'd rather get it after I demonstrate the skill vs sharing what I know 3) Those on the team should finish the obeya board for the team, so they can see how it goes.

1) The weekly calls and live sessions because we get to understand things much more clearly, ask questions. 2) Can't think of any 3) Live example of fleshing out the grafts with a client. You mentioned about this to Mukhtar so yeah that'd be a great lesson.
