Hello Oleg, its very normal to play bad after 2 games, and actually you should stop after those 2 games. Our brain has a focus limit, if you keep spaming games you will feel the autopilot coming. Do the 2 games then stop. Also spend more time practicing mechanics also. how is your routine? do you warmup every day? do you practice? our do you just aim train?
Help
I am Immortal 3 playing 300rr+ lobby’s. I’m not sure if it’s a skill issue but I suck recently and dropped from 1,09kd to 1,03kd. Idk but I feel I can compete there but I go negative so much recently

Hello Luis, it looks like you are fixating too much on your KD. As long as you keep working on your fundamentals you are fine to inside the game not think in yourself. Thats the trick, forget about yourself (outwards focus), if every time you die or every time something wrong happens you think about yourself. thats what kills performance. Are you sleeping 8 hours? are you vod reviewing? because you mechanics are fine, you just need to learn how to play the game at highr lvl, without ego, without playing to yourself. Your team is your win condition every game.
Im plat 1
I get tilted and lose confidence in Valorant because I start focusing on mistakes and outcomes instead of the next play, which puts me on autopilot instead of making calm, confident decisions how do i fix those and have a better mental and healthier ego

Whats up Isaaac E, sorry for not answering, i didnt see the post, my bad :/ So, first you need to understand that tilting is ok, everyone tilts. But the best players are the ones that reset as fast as possible. Confidence comes from doing the right things, the stuff you know you have to do for a long period of time. And if you know you have to reset fast after tilting you have to do that. For that to happen you have to change your focus from winning RR to improving skills. Imagine your rank is mesured by your skills. You crosshair placement, your movement, your decisinmon making, raw aim, focus, and many more. If improving skills is the only thing you think of, you will not tilt that hard because wining is not your only goal so you dont get mad when you lose. The loss of the ego only comes when you start being the disciplined person you know you have to be. How is your routine?

Hello Muneeb Zafar! Cool name Bronze 3, you are still learning. My tip to you is to not even think about consistency, you have to imolement a student mindset. And that means that you only try to learn. Learn inside the game, learn off the game. Having a student mindset os about accepting you have a lot to learn and accepting things are going to be inconsistent by nature. As long as you accept that you will fail, you will not tilt because missing is part of the journey. All the laws will help you fox inconsistency, go thrue them and let me know what u feel. Welcome 🤍
Incosistent
Hello i am Platinum player i always was and after the rank reset i cant get even to gold and some games i play very well and some cant hit a straight shot

Whats up Emin Mur So, the classic inconsistency... The first thing you need is to garantee sleep and warmup/practice routine. Before you do any changes you need to garantee this. After that what you need to do is to go learn the laws and try to implement them. Any question you have just ask!
