@Whip Cream Whats up whip how are you? so, how long do you play the game for? usually my tips for everyone bellow platinum is to watch a lot of guides on youtube, have a warmup and practice routine and main one agent, 2 max. Decision making will come from waching guides and mains of the agent you want to improve and by doing VOD reviews. All consistently, if you do those you will get better way faster then most players. Dont try to force plays and always think as if you are your enemy, always think in them predicting your play ad you making the counter of that play before, you get it? And you will only be able to do those predictions when you master you champions and practice mechanics, because those need to be automatic. If you have any more question you can ask ❤️

@Tiago Marques Wellcome Tiago how are you? Hope you like our community! You are thinking a lot about the rank. If you ranku but your skills didnt improve you will endup lower rank then a player that lost 20 games in a row that is learning skill. Wanting to win is essencial to the game, but wanting to rankup is a diferent think. After the game ends, you having wins or losses in match history doesnt mean nothing, ranking up or ranking down doesnt mean nothing, your scoreboard doesnt mean nothing, after the game ends everything is past. What metters is the present and how good of a player you are. Forget about beeing top frag, forget about the need of having a rank. If you do things proferly, if you try to learn the rank will follow.
Tilting
I keep getting tilt because of what my enemys do or what they say, for example i get killed by someone camping or someone beeing where i didnt expect them is tilting me sometimes even unaware of. So my main issue is tilt. I also kind of have a ranked fear, and sometimes i lack alot of confidence when i bottom frag or havent gotten a kill the last rounds. Id really be thankfull for some advice : )

Whats up Bom Ba ❤️ What's your rank? So, you need to approach the game in a different way. You need to understand that the goal is to never tilt, the goal is the understand the next play speed concept. If you understand that you will most of your problems inside the game. This concept is all about focusing as fast as possible after something happens. And tilt will always happen sometimes a small tilt, sometimes bif tilt, but in any situation you need to reset as fast as possble and look for the next play as fast as possible. Also you can cure tilt by viewing valorant in eyes of improvement and not to rankup. If you think in your valorant carrear as a journey you will know that any loss, even a 10 loss streak is just a moment in your journey, because you will improve no metter what. The thing that you are most attached to is what will give you more tilt, is what will make your try harder and force plays. This is called attachment vulnerability. Confidence comes from doing what you know you have to do, it comes from building discipline, not just outside of game, but also in game. You know you have to press play, and if you dont press it you are casting a vote for a less confident person. Every time you press it, you are casting a vote for a more confident person. If you see confidence by having kills or the scoreboard will will always have times when you are not conident. you confidence needs to come from keeping the promisses you make to yourself. If you need anything more just ask! ❤️
How to remove panic using the Laws of the Inner Game
Every time you panic in a gunfight, you're not losing to the enemy. You're losing to yourself. Now you are going to learn how the 7 Laws of the Inner Game can help you not crouch spray and panic anymore. And why once you understand them, your perspective of the game will be completly different. So, the first one is the Law of Presence. Performance increases as thought decreases. This means panic happens because your brain is not in the present moment. The thoughts are what cause you to panic. Its an intrerference. The second is the Law of Emotions. Performance increases as emotion decreases. Panic is a high arousal state. And the Yerkes-Dodson law proves that when your arousal goes too high — your performance drops. This law teaches you how to deal with emotions and how to reset as fast as possible using the next play speed from coach K. The problem is not panicking; the problem is when you don't reset and focus as fast as possible. The third one is the Law of Reverse Effort. This law says the harder you try to play well, the harder the game becomes. Its simple, you panic because you try too hard. You Grip the mouse harder, and your aim becomes shaky. You try to be perfect but thats forcing mechanics, and you need them to flow automatically to reach flow state. This Law helps you fix panic by moving your focus outward — to what the round needs — to what your team needs—instead of focusing on yourself or on the scoreboard. The moment you let your mechanics go with the flow is the moment you will not panic. The fourth one is the Law of Mastery. The game rewards the player who seeks no rewards. You also panic because you're scared to lose RR. You're scared to look bad. You're scared of what the scoreboard says about you. And that fear is the what cuuses panic. This law removes it by changing what you're playing for. If your only goal is improvement — every death will be fine so it stops being scary. The fifth one is the Law of Confidence. This law says the player you believe yourself to be is the player you are going to see.
The power of hydration and nutrition
Its actualy crazy the beneficts of this, it makes you better whithout too much effort, plus, its good for your health. You gain focus, precision, reaction time, better decision making, better tilt manegement, way more energy. Its a no brainer for me, i recomend that you include drinking water and certain foods in your schedule. And what foods you should aim for? Foods with good magnesium (less shaky hands), omega 3 (better learning), vitamine b (for brain energy) and Iron (for better oxygen flow). You can actualy take this as suplement How much and when? Hydration is like 2 or 3 liters per day, small sips thruout the day, and food is like 1 or 2 hour prior to the game. Never eat too much, avoid sugar becouse of the crash it gives you after a few hours, and dont take too much cafeine, it can also make you shaky. I love how trying to improve at valorant makes you be better in general outside the game. Law of transendance

Hello Hima, welcome 🤍 Overthinking in mechanics is good for training but during the game you cant think in mechanics. In order to do that you need to switch your focus from yourself (performing well) to helping your team. Compassion is the keyword here. That doesnt mean to play support agents, that means to help them the best you can, like playing in front of them, leting yourself be killed if needed for them to trade, stuff like that. Always fpcus on what the game needs from you and not what you need to perform well. The word compassion will always give you a directiom for your game sens. "How can i help them the best way they can?" That thought needs to be automatic. Are you tilting because of your team? or because you are not performing?
