Mallorca, thank you🇪🇸🏊‍♀️
It’s hard to believe this was my last SwimPros camp before starting my college swimming journey in the USA. Looking back I’m so grateful for every training session, every lesson, and every unforgettable moment. This camp gave me the chance to focus on the technical details that will help me take the next step in my career, while also becoming stronger mentally for the challenges ahead. But what made this experience truly special were the people, the amazing team, the friendships, the laughs and all the memories we created together are something I’ll always carry with me. A huge thanks to SwimPros for being such an important part of my journey and helping me become the swimmer and person I am today. A very special thank you to @Yul Münger and @David Karasek for your knowledge, patience, support and for always believing in me. I’m incredibly grateful not only for everything you’ve done so far but also because I’m so happy to have you by my side as I continue this journey in the USA. One chapter is coming to an end and a new one is just beginning. I’m excited for what’s ahead and ready to chase my dreams in America. ❤️🇺🇸
Mallorca, thank you🇪🇸🏊‍♀️

Anxiety and panicking
Friends for life
I want to thank @Yul Münger and @David Karasek because through this program I was able to meet so many girls who share the same dream as me, to succeed in swimming. At a camp in Sweden I met Magi and I grew so attached to her. This weekend we are swimming together at a competition in Bulgaria and when I saw her I realized how much I had missed her.

New way to balance screentime:
Hey guys, Yesterday I found out about an other way to balance your screen-time and wanted to tell you about it. About two years ago I learned about an app called „one sec“ from a classmate who is a great gymnast and had the same problem: too much scrolling and distraction from your phone. What this app does is basically interrupting you when you want to open a specific app. I have it for insta, Snapchat and YouTube. You have to wait a certain amount of time before you can open the app and have to do a breathing exercise. This works really well on iPhones because you can block as many apps as you want with the free version (you have to pay on android if you want to use all functions). To give you an example: When I want to open instagram, I have to wait for 40 seconds before I can open the app. This repeats every 5 minutes (stop doomscrolling) or when I switch apps. You can also make exceptions e.g. to allow it on sundays or only block from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. Try it out and let me know what you think about it or if you have questions about setting it up. I hope I can help some of you with this @David Karasek as promised🤝

🌞 Tip 8/30: How to Achieve 7/10 Trainings Every Time! (Part 1)
My tips will mainly be around this topic of how to achieve trainings that you can comfortably rate at a 7 out of 10 as frequently as possible! As we have said before, it is by far more important to consistently be "good" at training vs being at a 10/10 once a week and then at a 3/10 for the rest.

When I’m not feeling well at practice or I don’t have enough energy I try to focus on my technique, especially in the moments when it gets hard. That way I train myself for races when it becomes difficult to maintain my technique
