Hustle doesn't Get you Results - Harmony does
This new video from David Bayer kickstarted my day in an empowering way! Every morning I begin the day with powerful sharing and declarations at 5:30 am in a group call with the inspiring individuals of the Identity Shift community with @William Carter This month the focus has been self-worth. Daily practice recalibration for empowered existence as I AM And what we discussed was reinforced by the messages David Bayer delivered... You Control Your Future Most people burn themselves out chasing success. Hustle culture says the only way to achieve your goals is to grind harder. Yet even after long hours, many still feel stuck, stressed, and behind. David Bayer flips this script. In his episode Become a Container for Miracles, he explains that success doesn’t come from forcing outcomes but from becoming the container strong enough to hold your vision. When you can hold the vision without collapsing into stress or doubt, life brings the “how.” (Highlights from transcript via ChatGPT) 🔑 Key Takeaways - Stop chasing the “how.” You don’t need a perfect plan or hustle culture. Your role is to hold the vision, not figure everything out. - Being vs. doing. Who you’re being (your state) creates outcomes more than what you’re doing. - Collapsing happens when stressed. Doubt, overwhelm, or stress = collapsing into the old nervous system instead of being the container. - Two states of being. - Vision grows as you grow. Ten years ago, his dream was $100K savings; now it’s global regenerative economy. Start with yours, no matter the size. - Miracles show up when you hold the container. Resources, people, and opportunities arrive without forcing them. 🛠️ Five Practices to Hold the Container 1. Limiting Beliefs Work 2. Support Nervous System Downregulation 3. Address Compulsive Behaviors 4. Disconnect in Nature 5. Community & Immersion 🚀 Key Actions

As a Community Catalyst my specialty is a simple step by step quick start ... ABC, 123 Helping folks get going to get growing before getting bogged down by tools and tactics No sense building a bunch of stuff before you know it's what your people want Been there, done that 👀 A, align your passion with a purpose people will pay for B, build the basic foundation C, cultivate by inviting & inspiring Think about your community like a party rather than a product Invite people you want to hang out with and create a fun experience 💌 I invite minimum 5 per day 💁 Greet them when they arrive 🎁 Offer a party favor to welcome them in (freebie, 5-day challenge, download) As people come in spark conversation: welcomed post, simple question posts, fun shares This trains them to start interacting instead of start consuming Then you see what kind of activities they enjoy, games they might want to play Instead of charades or beer pong we do challenges, quizzes, workshops, calls However, if you don't have enough people at the party ...and not everybody can or wants to play ...it's going to be a rather bland experience Make sense? If you can invite interesting people & create an engaging experience ...people keep coming back AND they bring friends Want help launching your community & attracting engaged members?? 👉 Join WISE Skool Building now for your 🎁 Skool Quickstart Kit ...and get instant access to the 5-day Simple Skool Setup Challenge Let’s turn your passion into a paid community people can’t wait to invite friends to hang out in

Memory Misunderstandings & Misunderstanding Memory
It's 🧠 Thought-Taming Thursday where we focus on taming your tension by taming your thoughts As community leaders and founders, how we think about thinking shapes the culture we create. One of the most overlooked leadership skills is understanding how memory really works ... and how easily we misunderstand it. 🖥️ Think of your brain like a desktop. Neuropsychology calls this “working memory,” and it can only hold about 5–8 items at once. That means what’s in your mind and what’s on your mind aren’t always the same. For leaders, this has big implications: - Invisible influence: Just because you’re not aware of a thought doesn’t mean it isn’t guiding how you show up for your community. - Emotions before thoughts: You might feel frustration, pride, or overwhelm in your group without realizing the subtle thought that triggered it. - The blame trap: It’s easy to assume someone else’s behavior “made” you react, but your response always comes from your own thinking. - Not forgotten: Just because members aren’t talking about something doesn’t mean it’s irrelevant. Quiet topics still shape group energy. 🤔 Why this matters for WISE Skool Building and WISE Skoolers When we misunderstand memory, we risk misunderstanding people. Community thrives when members feel seen, heard, and valued which requires leaders who can tame their own thoughts first Strong self-leadership 💪🧠 By practicing awareness of our mental “desktop,” we create more space for patience, perspective, and personal connection. 💡 This builds consistency and trust, the very foundations of strong communities. Thought-Taming Reflection: ❓🗨️ What thought has been quietly shaping your mood or behavior this week ... without you realizing it at first? Share below 👇 and notice how bringing it into the open creates space for wiser choices in your community and beyond. Let's Grow! 💥🤩🚀 PS - For more reflections, action and inspiration get your daily dose inside the en-JOY 🤗 ⚡ 🤗 community

@Wendy Wiseman This is my key takeaway: - Invisible influence: Just because you’re not aware of a thought doesn’t mean it isn’t guiding how you show up for your community.
3 Keys to Strong Communities and Strong Relationships
Whether you’re building a group online (like here on Skool) or connecting face-to-face in everyday life (IRL) … the same foundations apply: 1️⃣ Connection People crave belonging It’s not about the content or conversation alone It’s about feeling seen, heard, and valued 2️⃣ Value We don’t hold on to relationships that drain us When you share real support, helpful insights, or just a kind word, you give others something they can carry forward 3️⃣ Consistency Trust is built over time Showing up again and again with your full presence Your words, your actions, your attention This is what makes people stay Whether it’s a community online, a friendship, or a team you’re leading… Are you: 🔑 creating connection? 🔑 offering value? 🔑 showing up with consistency? Nail those 3 Keys to Strong Communities and Strong Relationships and what you build won’t just grow ... it’ll keep growing! ❓🗨️ Reflection questions Share your 💎 Gems in the comments 👇 - Think about the best group or relationship you’ve ever been part of ... what made it work? - Do you find consistency harder online, or in real life? - What’s one simple way you like to create connection with people?
