Hey team, A group of us are using Parihaka as our x training each week. Due to kids and workload, we get this done in the morning. We meet between 5:15am and 5:30am on the scheduled x training day. We walk up and walk down, so is friendly for all fitness levels. Bring a head torch as it is always dark for the hike up.
