BlastMotion data
Is there a place to see blast motion data from high level hitters following HLP? I imagine the initial swing path and hand speed data should break into unique distributions based on hitting approach.

@Eddie Costantini nope. Tested it with a few hundred athletes years ago. Bad swings got good numbers. Good swings got bad numbers and vice versa. It measures numbers that don’t have relevant to HLP. While not useless for knowing where you stand, I believe them then to be completely useless as far as determining quality technique. We would never recommend them. (We tested for a year with hundreds of athletes - 5x per week)

HR - 12U kid's first HR off him
HR off the LL kid who hit puberty early and has heat. His first HR hit off him ever. So that felt good. Pregame snap stop reps with Launchd Mini & Fungo, then machine with game bat

Type of Ball used
@Dallas Wicklander or @Aj Arroyo --- quick question about the training bats and the type of balls used for them. Do you prefer to use Smush Balls or can we use Bash Balls or the Driveline Smash Factor balls or is there one you use the OPP location? Just want to make sure we are using what is recommended and wont damage the bats. Love the products - Keep having an impact in the game. Thank you!!

any soft balls will work. The driveline smash balls are a little dense so wouldn't recommend hitting those off machine. generally prefer lighter balls so the density isnt crazy and you can hit off the machine.
