@Joyce Graham It's red, not really capturing true color. I do red because I want them to think it's an invitation. This color seems to work for me. More responses using red envelopes. You can get them from Amazon.

Llc status inactive
What do you do with an llc that is inactive but has surplus funds from a tax overage?

You need to ask for articles of incorporation and turn that in. If it's dissolved, then dissolution of entity, I hv had corporations paid that have been dissolved, you just have to show the paper trail.
