Hey what’s up guys. Excited to be in this community and creating the “I own the distribution” money (as far as I can tell, nothing else comes close) I have a few communities and assets that I own/control. I didn’t build any of them. I either bought them or got control from a “tired digital landlord”. I have a Facebook group of ≈11k local businesses A Facebook group of 32k small businesses in Florida (even though I don’t live there lol. humidity is my hell) An email list of 13k small business owners interested in marketing and growth And a Facebook group of 223k Dog owners. I’ve monetized them with different deals that I’ve negotiated (better pricing, bonuses, financing) like marketing services, software, funding, dog insurance, veterinary care, etc. Really excited to dive into the auction stuff and get connected with the folks here.

I’m currently exploring the possibility of selling my Skool community and wanted to see if there may be any serious interest. The community is currently ranked #19 in the Money category, as shown in the screenshots, and it already has a substantial amount of content built inside. The Classroom includes 17 different courses and training resources covering areas such as faceless content creation, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, AI tools and resources, copywriting for profit, growing and monetizing Skool communities, Instagram monetization, digital marketing, and much more. This could be a strong opportunity for someone who wants to step into an already-built community instead of starting from zero and spending months creating the content themselves. I haven’t made a final decision on selling yet, but I’m seriously considering it and would love to hear what others think. Is this something you would consider buying, or do you know someone who might be interested?

I kept coming back to Travis’s FIRE post. 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗶𝘁: 𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸. 𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘦. 𝘊𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘴. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦. And it made me notice something about myself. Whenever I see someone doing big numbers online… I naturally notice everything they have NOW. The offers. The platforms. The funnels. The partnerships. The team. The different ways money comes in. And somewhere along the way, I think I started confusing all that activity with the thing that actually created the freedom. Because £5k coming from one simple thing you understand deeply… feels very different from £5k coming from seven things you’re constantly trying to keep alive. Same money. Completely different Tuesday. One might mean checking your phone every ten minutes because something always needs feeding. The other might mean going for lunch at 1pm because the machine is doing what it was built to do. That’s the bit that got me. Maybe the early goal isn’t to build an impressive business. Maybe it’s to build one small thing that becomes dependable enough to give you part of your life back. Then another part. Then another. I think I’ve spent a lot of time looking at chapter 14 businesses…without asking what their chapter one looked like. And now I’m curious. If you stripped your business right back to ONE way people find you…and ONE way money comes in… What would you keep?
