Hey ladies, I have a question for you…
I’m curious, what are you currently using to track your food, symptoms, stress, water, exercise, etc., daily?

I wear the Oura ring which tracks my sleep, cycle, heart rate throughout the day, HRV, stress etc. For food I was using my fitness pal, but not really consistently. I’m mostly focused on intuitive eating at the moment and because I switched to gluten-free I am not tracking that at this time. For water I have one of these water H water bottles, it lights up to remind you to drink more water and it tracks how much water you’ve had in a day which is pretty cool!

We’ve got 3 amazing women in the group now and while that might seem small, to me, it feels really special. This space is already starting to grow, and that’s something I’m truly grateful for. 🌱 How are you feeling lately...physically, mentally, or emotionally? Any small wins (or challenges) you feel like sharing? This is your space too, and I’d love to hear what’s been going on for you. 💬💕 I'll share first... Lately, I’ve had some mild Rheumatoid Arthritis stiffness in my hands and feet (mostly in the mornings), and the usual cold intolerance from my Hashimoto's. BUT my energy has been solid and my mind feels clear. I even had some pain-free workouts this week! Full range of motion with my neck and shoulders, which hasn’t happened in a while. That felt like a huge win! 🙌 I also started tracking my food again. Turns out I was eating more than I thought (even though it was all healthy). After making some small tweaks, I’ve already lost 1lb this week and feel more in tune with my body. Another little win 🎉 Looking forward to hearing your wins (or challenges) over the last week! 😁

I’ve honestly still been feeling a bit anxious about work — that’s been weighing on me — but powering through. On a brighter note, I had a week off at the lake with family and it was so recharging. Being outside and unplugged really helped me reset. I also had an appointment with a new functional medicine doctor, and she has a plan that I’m feeling hopeful about. I’m going to start removing gluten from my diet and new supplement list beginning tomorrow — excited to see how it helps! 🌿💛

@Amanda Stacy I’m on day 3 of going gluten-free and honestly surprised by how many options there are—but the cravings for “real” gluten are still so strong, so that part’s been a little rough. My doctor also had me start some supplements based on my labs—my vitamin D, omegas, and melatonin were low, so I’m adding those in, plus magnesium at night to help with sleep. I’m also cutting caffeine and replacing it with adaptogens and holy basil to help calm my system. I’ve been aiming for 20g of protein every morning to help with blood sugar and some reactive hypoglycemia I’ve been having. And I’m trying (emphasis on trying 😅) to limit screen time before bed—no more doom scrolling at night, which honestly might be the hardest part of all!

Thank you so much! I’ve been navigating POTS and a variety of unexplained symptoms that mimic autoimmune conditions, and I’ve realized how important it is to be in spaces where people get it. I said yes to this because I’m craving connection, support, and real conversations with women who understand what it’s like to live in a body that doesn’t always cooperate. Excited to learn, grow, and feel less alone on this journey 💛
