🟡 Week 3 of the 7-Week Chakra Journey
Hello lovelies, Sorry for the late post, but this week we now rise to chakra #3. The Solar Plexus Chakra. Confidence. Personal Power. Self-Worth. This is the energy center of your inner fire—the place where your confidence, courage, motivation, and sense of identity live. If the sacral chakra teaches us to feel, the solar plexus teaches us to trust ourselves enough to take action. Many of us have spent years giving our power away, doubting ourselves, seeking approval, or believing we're not enough. This week is an invitation to reconnect with the strength that has always been within you. The Solar Plexus Chakra sound bath carries a brighter, more activating energy than the previous weeks. It may feel warming, empowering, and deeply motivating. As you listen, imagine a radiant golden sun glowing within your abdomen, growing stronger with every breath. This week inside the community you'll find: 🎧 Solar Plexus Chakra sound bath meditation 🧘 Yoga poses to strengthen the core and awaken your inner fire 📓 Journaling prompts to explore confidence, self-worth, personal power, and stepping into your authentic self 💬 Comment below—where are you ready to reclaim your power? What is one courageous step you're ready to take? Remember to engage in the community boards each week for your chance to win our BIGGEST giveaway yet, including a FREE holistic healing session at the end of the 7 Week Chakra Journey! 🎁 We also meet for our weekly chakra check-in call on Sunday at 3pm PDT. You've already built a strong foundation. Now it's time to stand confidently in your own light. ✨ See you soon! Ashley

I will be working this Sunday so I will miss you all. Here are my journal entries, affirmations and reflection on the Solar Plexus chakra ✨ 1. What are my strengths and accomplishments, and how do they make me feel? When I slow down and look honestly at my life, I see someone who doesn’t give up. I’ve survived trauma, grief, chronic pain, uncertainty, and major life transitions, yet I continue choosing healing. Some of my strengths include compassion, deep empathy, intuition, curiosity, resilience, and a genuine desire to help others heal. I create spaces where people feel safe to be vulnerable. Even when I doubt myself, people often trust me because they feel seen and understood. I’m proud that I’ve: - Completed Tim Fletcher’s LIFT program. - Begun peer coaching clients. - Continued pursuing training in trauma and healing. - Started taking steps toward offering medicine work and coaching. - Continued showing up despite fear. - Returned to work after my injury. - Continued advocating for myself medically and legally. - Stayed committed to my own healing journey. Rather than feeling proud all the time, I notice I often minimize these accomplishments. I move on to the next thing without allowing myself to recognize how far I’ve come. I want to begin celebrating my progress instead of only focusing on what I haven’t achieved yet. 2. What’s one area where I feel confident, and how can I build on that? I feel most confident when I’m sitting with someone who is hurting. Listening comes naturally to me. I don’t feel the need to fix people. I genuinely want to understand them. I can often hear what’s underneath the words they’re saying and help them feel less alone. To build on that confidence, I can: - Continue coaching regularly. - Ask for feedback after sessions. - Trust my instincts more instead of second-guessing myself. - Continue learning while remembering I don’t have to know everything to be helpful. Confidence grows through experience—not perfection.
🟠 Week 2 of the 7 Week Chakra Journey
How was Week 1 of the Chakra Journey Course last week? I hope you felt your roots growing a little deeper. Remember to share in the community boards under the Week 1 post, if anything came up for you — I want to hear it 💛 Because now we move up to chakra #2. The Sacral Chakra. Creativity. Feeling. Flow. This is the energy center of your emotions, your pleasure, your creative life force. If the root chakra is about surviving, the sacral is about feeling alive. Many of us have learned to suppress this energy, to not feel too much, not want too much, not express too much. This week we gently start to change that. The sacral chakra sound bath this week is going to feel different from the root. Warmer. More fluid. Allow yourself to move with it if you feel called. So for this week inside the community: - 🎧 Sacral Chakra sound bath meditation - 🧘 Yoga poses to open the hips and pelvis - 📓 Journaling prompts around creativity, pleasure and emotions - 💬 Comment down below — what are you feeling? What wants to flow? Remember — engage in the community board each week for your chance to win our LARGEST giveaway yet (which will include a free holistic session) at the end of the journey 🎁

This week, I’ve been reflecting on the sacral chakra and what creativity, desire, and emotional flow really mean to me. One thing I realized is that creativity isn’t just about making art—it’s about creating meaningful experiences and connections with other people. As I journaled, I noticed that many of the ideas I keep coming back to involve helping others. I found myself thinking about making intention bracelets, creating cedar and lavender bundles, and even offering bracelet-making workshops at treatment centres where people could choose beads and charms that represent what they’re working toward in their healing. It made me realize that what lights me up isn’t just creating things—it’s creating things with purpose. I also recognized that I’ve been settling into what’s familiar instead of what’s truly fulfilling. I’m becoming more aware that I’m longing for work that allows me to connect with people on a deeper level. Emotionally, I realized I’ve been avoiding sadness. I also noticed that I find it difficult to ask for help and allow myself to be supported. That’s something I want to continue working on. One of my biggest takeaways this week was that before I try to figure out my entire future, I want to reconnect with what genuinely brings me joy and curiosity. I’m learning to trust that following those small sparks of creativity may eventually lead me where I’m meant to go. Thank you all for being on this journey together 🙏🏼✨🫶🏻

🔴 Week 1 of the 7 week chakra journey
Hi Friends, This week is the start of the 7-Week Chakra Journey, which is now live inside of the community — and we're starting exactly where we should: The Root Chakra. Foundation. Safety. Belonging. Before we can clear anything, expand anything or heal anything, we need roots. We need to feel safe in our own body. We need to know there is ground beneath us. Everyone who completes all 7 weeks and engages in the community board is entered to win our LARGEST giveaway yet (which will also include a free holistic session) at the end 🎁

My root chakra meditation was surprisingly uncomfortable. Perfectionism showed up right away, and I became very aware of my surroundings and my need for things to be a certain way before I could relax. The practice also brought awareness to the tension and tightness I’ve been carrying in my body, especially around my injury. I struggled at times to stay present and had to keep reminding myself that the goal wasn’t perfection—it was simply showing up. My biggest takeaway was realizing how much work I still have around grounding, safety, and trusting that I don’t need everything to be perfect to be present.
🤗 let’s get to know each other!
Hi friends, I would love to hear your intention - Your why? - for wanting to be in this space & a little about your self. share below, let’s get to know eachother 🙌

My intention is to reconnect with myself in a more consistent and embodied way. I’ve been feeling a need to simplify and slow down, and I want to prioritize nervous system regulation and body awareness. I’m curious to go deeper into the chakra system, but most importantly, I’m here to build a steady practice of listening to my body and learning how to stay grounded in myself. 🙏🏼✨
