Tested a long training session of 30 minutes : breathold on full lungs, hold until some contractions, releasing hold when the mind does feel like holding but with a smile. Exhale slowly relaxing and inhale back, and hold again. Try to detach from contractions and observe from a distance. Contractions were extremely light after a few repeats. Plus I was listening to my favorite podcast : freedivecafe. I shall repeat.

Post all your Breath Hold Times here! Let's go & double your breath hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it ๐Ÿ˜Ž) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Post at least 3 times before the week is over, and you may be the lucky winner of the Breath Hold Mastery course ๐Ÿ˜Ž And last (but not least) a little shout out to last weeks top 10 leaderboard: @Oleg Kashin @Elliot Raboy @Sanja V @Abednego Moses Suryanda @Danreb Danreb @Luca Pinelli @Stephanie Challis @Bruce Stayne @Terje Gresslien @Giovanna Franceschini

@Elliot Raboy @Giovanna Franceschini :yep it is me. I count them up to 10, then count again from 1 to 10. Max I have done was 4 times 10. I have then switched to a "non-counting" approach, trying to loose the count (I automatically count things in my head when there is repetition) as an attempt to not tense on the objective, but try to get along with it and leave space for the brain to think "that is not so bad, how about some more today ..." I usually need warm-up for this. my first bh I would count and then the 3rd, 4th, 5th I would dis-enage the counter.
